Pros: As someone who didn’t know what to expect I found it very easy to get started. Having the automation do the repetitive tasks has been great. Matt the founder was also very responsive when we had issues.
Cons: Getting the automation to its full potential took sometime. There’s a warmup period for account protection that slowed things down at the start.
Overall: Once I understood how to tune it to my needs we found it to be extremely beneficial. It has given me back time to focus on what matters the most in my line of work.

Pros: Love the intent signals. I used to have to pull lists from Apollo and send automated DMs that didn't get much traction. Since using ProspectZero my reply rates have gone from 5-10% to over 25%. The trigger based messaging is very clever.
Cons: I think having the ability to review messages before they go out would be helpful for some.
Overall: Overall ProspectZero has been a game changer for me and my team. It's a next-gen solution that I haven't found anywhere else on the market.

Pros: No pro's, the product does not work and if you try to cancel then there's no way to get the refund.Ive been trying to reach them for over two months and all emails & phone numbers dont work when you try to speak to them
Cons: No pro's, it product does not work and if you try to cancel then there no way to get the refund.
Overall: Do not buy from this company. I’ve been trying for weeks to get a refund for a $200 charge and still can’t get in contact with customer support. I never used the platform and was still charged with no response. Bad experience overall — give me my refund.
