    "Do not honor fair business practice, waiting to collect on a judgement"

    Pros: When I first discovered ProspectNow I was excited at the prospect of having a completed CRM that was searchable and provided centralized data of real estate information. There offer free demonstrations however no set free trial.

    Cons: This would have been a windfall if only Prospectnow leadership was not so incredulous with want of holding on to consumers' money. Using deceptive and fraudulent business practices they hold unto money without providing service. They do not even respect the court system to honor being served with legal papers. Word of advice do not subscribe to their service. You will be paying three or four times the cost f a similar service.

    Overall: They hold unto money while ignoring cancelation requests. They play the email shuffle and the committee investigation that lead to no refund. Under an illegal unconscionable practice, they rename and rebrand themselves, relocating to a different state other than their state of original recordation of the State's Division of Corporation. This is a classic case of Buyer Beware.

    "Worst Company - Run - RUN - RUN"

    Pros: None. They scammed me of money for a whole year. There is better software out there. Just stay away.

    Cons: This company told me I had a free 30 day trial. Come to find out they locked me in for a whole year and charged me over $4,000. They would not refund my money. The agent said he was sorry and misspoke. I never did use their service.

    Overall: Scammers and the worst company on the planet. They will steal your money and the program is archaic. They do not care about you.

    "Awful postcard and mail experience! "

    Pros: There's an option to select customers and mail postcards or letters.

    The search function is good.

    Cons: It didn't work! I ordered and have credits debited to my account and it's been over five days and the order is not showing in my account nor is there anything in mail status. I have submitted a help ticket and was contacted on the first day but nothing! No response or feedback!

    After you edit your letters it says, click Finish and the order process will move forward. But there is no Finish button on the screen! I had to exit and re-do my entire search to select the template I finished editing and to move forward with the ordering process. But when I tried to finish the ordering process, it kept saying error!

    Overall: Awful tech. Useful product to search for customers, but everything else goes downhill!

    I have had some other issues with billing and just getting onboarded. And I have a tech background.

    "Horrible customer service"

    Pros: I tried the free membership.

    Cons: During the first day I realized that They only give you 15 owner inquiries per month for the steep price tag of $120. Each additional look up cost money. When I tried to cancel before my free membership ended they proceeded to tell me that they never received my cancellation request which I sent twice to be redundant. After requesting funds back they basically told me to go fly a kite.

    Overall: I would 100% steer clear of this company. Super sketchy and absolutely not worth the money. Horrible customer service.
