ProofSign is an electronic-signature and document-verification platform for individuals, professionals, teams and organizations signing finished PDFs. Users upload documents, invite signers and approvers, and run single- or multi-party workflows. Participants verify email access with a one-time passcode. ProofSign records signing intent, participant actions and timestamps in an audit trail. Completed PDFs include a SHA-256 fingerprint and evidence recipients can check through a public verifier without an account. The service supports agreements and finalized documents that need an auditable signing record and a way to detect later file changes. Its free plan allows single-party signing and verification for up to 10 documents monthly under fair use. Users can earn credits through onboarding and signing milestones.
