Certix is a web-based certificate and diploma registry for organizations that issue credentials for courses, training programs, events, and internal learning. Users organize programs and learners, create branded certificate templates, and generate PDF certificates with unique IDs and QR codes linked to public verification pages. Recipients can receive certificates by email on eligible plans, while issuers can print or download batches of PDFs. Employers and other verifiers can check a document online; organizations can embed a verification form on their websites and use a Certix subdomain for their registry. The service supports CSV/XLSX export, certificate-status management, participant profiles, and Ukrainian, English, and German interfaces. It is aimed at online schools, training providers, educational institutions, event organizers, and HR teams.
