Pros: It scripts, generates podcasts and can auto-publish to Spotify, Apple and YouTube. You can review scripts and make changes prior to generation. You can use prerecorded voices or your own. You can build a persona. You have 10 minutes max per podcast. Customer Service was reachable 80% of the time. They have been professional and as helpful as can be expected.
Cons: My podcasts have several run-on sentences, accent fluctuations, varying play speeds, intermittent mechanical-speaking, odd breath sounds and mis-pronounced words. Once generated you can not regenerate if there are errors. You can only change your podcast "setup" every 30 days. At generation, although scripted to 10 mins, several podcasts were much shorter or started mid-podcast without an introduction. Also, I selected Mon-Fri but it's generated Sun-Thursday. The fact that nothing is working out is a huge "con".
Overall: Great Concept BUT I'm Very Disappointed. It's just not generating properly. Also, I selected Mon-Fri but it's generated Sun-Thursday. I removed auto-publish because it was publishing horrible-sounding podcasts. None of the generated casts were able to publish. I reviewed scripts, I did their suggested fixes but the generation simply wasn't generating properly. It's after my guarantee. So, I will see what happens. I do not recommend the product rig ht now. Maybe after they work some more on BUT not now.
