Pros: Most comprehensive platform for private market information, very extensive with a lot of features for tackling VC investments, M&A and more.
Also provides very comprehensive funding information on companies including type of round raised, nature of funding terms and much more.Cons: It's incredibly expensive, and I'm not sure if it's worth it TBH. I think you can get good data, but not sure if it provides data that you can't live without.
Overall: Very expensive, but easily the best private market data platform out there.
