    Pros: Does a great job of full or incremental backups. I perform full backups twice a week because I have the space on a backup drive.

    Cons: Does a poor job of deleting older backups and cannot get anyone from Support to help me with this issue. I have the paid version.

    Overall: This would be a great product if you could get anyone from Perfect Backup to respond to support requests. You should use this product with the assumption that you are on your own.

    Pros: Intuitive interface, prolific options to control each backup task, excellent performance and reliability.

    Cons: I have no cons to express. This application just works.

    Overall: Easy to use, easy to restore. It's reliable, fast, efficient, and stays out of the users way. It does exactly what is says it does, consistently and accurately.

    "Maybe ideal for just a few files "as is" transfers BUT"

    Pros: FREE.
    Simple to use.
    Promise of "as is" files backed up.

    Cons: Hours down the drain waiting on this turtle.
    No gauge on time left, percentage completed, nothing.

    Overall: Looking for free and simple file backup to ext.HDD then to laptop, reading 4-5 star reviews by magazines. Trial Jan 2023: C: & D: drives to X: drives internal should result in faster transfer than via USB/ext.HDD.
