Pros: It has all the necessary features which cater for all needs of a person.
It has used the best emojis to show a pictorial presentation.
I can book tickets for trains, planes, buses, movies and so on.
I consider it a safe and fast app for transactions.
Also, I can do recharge of all sorts and can pay the bills.

Cons: They are not providing proper rewards as they have provided before.
The cash back system needs more work I think.

Overall: I am using Paytm since it was launched. I've seen many fascinating features that the company is adding still. Transaction speeds are very fast and can be done in milliseconds as well. I will recommend everyone to use Paytm as it is accepted by most of the people over here It has reached rural areas as well.

Making bill payments is much easier with Paytm, from there we can make payments for basic company services, including even means of transportation for some of our employees who are constantly traveling.

Cons: Possessing a wide variety of features new users tend to make mistakes, therefore, they should inform themselves well about the tool before making any kind of transaction that may result in error. The Paytm interface could be more intuitive, users who are not familiar with this type of tool may be disadvantaged by not being able to understand at first each of the functions. Sometimes we can have slowness in the mobile application, which we think is essential to improve in order to continue projecting a better productivity in our processes and transactions.

They also offer a bank account which is free of cost and has 0 maintenance fees.

Cons: There is no con in using this software but you cannot use it for international transactions.

Overall: Overall it is very fast and has a clean design. It has all the features requires with wallet as well as UPI payments. You can do everything on this app and even buy and sell gold.

Pros: The interface is extremely user friendly. It has many features. You can book tickets and pay bills. You can get 100% cashback.

Cons: It sometimes crashes. Otherwise, there are no cons that I have found until now.

Overall: I have been using Paytm for years. It is the most trusted payment service. I regularly use it for my online transactions without any fear. The transactions are safe and secure.

Pros: I used it for the virtual wallet as it uses to give a lot of cashback. After that, I begin to use it as my bank because it has no maintenance amount and provided a free virtual debit card. Its user interface is amicable and provides regular updates. If you are a merchant, you can integrate it with Paytm Business to provide you with additional features.

Cons: It has good security and a lot of handy features, but sometimes in rush hours, I have to face bank downtime, which is very hectic in emergencies.

Cons: Currently I have found no cons in using this but the products sold on Paytm mall are not of that good quality.
