About Passly
Passly is a cloud diary, online booking and pupil management app built specifically for UK approved driving instructors (ADIs) and multi-instructor driving schools. Run your lesson calendar with working hours, breaks and recurring lessons on one weekly view, synced to Google and Apple Calendar. Pupils book open slots from your profile or a booking widget on your own website, and pay upfront. When a pupil cancels, gap filling pushes the free slot to your other pupils. Every learner gets a record holding lessons, notes and messages, plus progress scored against the DVSA syllabus. Pupils get their own app for bookings, progress and credit balance. Automatic reminders go out by email, in-app and push at no per-text cost. Income and expenses export to CSV. Pricing is a flat £14.99 per instructor per month with a 14-day free trial.
