    "Employer's need based customizable apk"

    Pros: This apk is good for keeping and maintaining records of the employee and calculation of their salary.

    Cons: The apk doesn't comply to industrial guidelines and labour act. This feature to be also included.

    Overall: Overall application can be used excluding certain drawbacks of custom design for employer that violates labour act and industrial policies good to use for calculation part of the salary.
