    "Incompetent, unprofessional, terrible"

    Posted 2024-05-06

Pros: Literally nothing. I see zero value in merchants using this service, the merchant does literally everything between Asia (China) and Europe (Spain) within 3-4 CALENDAR days, while Paack is, well, sitting down sipping their tea, it seems.

    Cons: Avoiding responsibility.
Poor response rate or zero response rate.
Chat agents can't provide detailed information.
Chat agents don't have insights to carrier's details.
    Packages are always late.
Difficult to get a hold of a Customer Care agent.
    Telephone line 'always busy'.
Status page not updated efficiently, accurately, and often.

Overall: If I only can, I will never use this ridiculous service ever again.
I urge every merchant to not contract this company for deliveries, I have zero clue where positive reviews come from - most likely bots.

    "Paack lies about attempted deliveries"

    Posted 2023-12-06

Pros: Nothing - I would give them negative stars if I could. They lied about the status of my deliveries and I have seen many online reviews say9ing the same thing. They. Just. Lie.

Cons: I ordered something from Amazon Spain for expedited delivery. Paack is the delivery company that Amazon contracted with to deliver this/my package. Paack sent me emails on two different days saying they attempted to deliver my package but this is absolutely incorrect, false, and a lie. My husband and I purposely each stayed home all day every day to await the delivery because we live in an apartment building that guests can only enter by ringing our apartment so we can open the main lobby door. And when people call us from the outside keypad, we know because the light on our intercom-phone lights up, and if we do not pick up the intercom-phone to open the door or don't pick up the intercom-phone because we are not home, the light stays on. The light never came on. And regardless, we were ALWAYS home because we did not want to miss the delivery.

Overall: I have seen the same complaint many times in reviews of Paack, which is that they lie and say they tried to deliver the package but others also say they never came and it's just a lie. They also never pick up their phone when you try to call even though their own publicized business hours on their answering system say they are open. They haven't replied to my email either. This was even for a package I paid extra for, for expedited delivery. It was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday and it's the following Wednesday and I still haven't received it.

    "Worst delivery company on Earth"

    Posted 2023-11-15

Pros: I do not have a single pro to give them, they never delivered my order, lied about it and just sent the item back to Amazon....

    Cons: Never delivered package.
    No communication.
    No reachable support.
Delivery range was 9AM to 10PM.

Overall: They didn't communicate, didn't deliver the package and finally sent me an email stating 'We tried to deliver but missed you, we are sending it back to Amazon' when I was home ALL DAY with my mobile next to me.... They are liars, do not use them. In face if you see them as the delivery company for your order you'll be better off canceling it.
