    Cons: User interface is not very intuitive

    Navigation can feel cluttered, especially for new users

    Pros: The PMaps tool has proven to be highly effective in assessing the English communication skills of candidates during our hiring process.
    Given that we work with US-based clients and candidates are often required to undergo direct training sessions with them, strong communication skills are critical. Any gap in communication can lead to challenges in understanding training content and overall performance.
    The PMaps assessment evaluates candidates across key areas, including reading, writing, listening, speaking, and grammar. This comprehensive evaluation enables us to accurately measure a candidate’s proficiency in English.
    By implementing this tool, we have been able to:
    Ensure only candidates with adequate communication skills are shortlisted
    Improve the overall quality of hires
    Reduce communication-related challenges during client training

    Cons: Nothing as of Now. As there is a good support from the team, in case of any clarifications or help.

    Overall: Overall, PMaps has streamlined our screening process and significantly enhanced our ability to select right candidates who has a good Communication skill, both in terms of Oral and Written format. And also help us shortlist Candidates who are well-prepared for client interactions.
