    "PDF Bear Minimum....."

    Pros: Great when it worked.....One stop shop for all my pdf needs, conversion, editing, unlocking, and so much more.

    Cons: Paid for a lifetime subscription and now it doesn't work, no customer service, and no answer to emails.

    Overall: Overall the experience when it worked was great. Once I made the payment for a lifetime subscription it went downhill.

    "Are they still in business?"

    Pros: When it worked, it did a good job of conversions: I mostly used it for PDF to Word, but it offered a wide range of conversions.

    Cons: My password stopped working and when I try to reset it I get a "System too busy. Please try again." This has been going on for weeks. The same thing happens if I try to use the "Free trial" feature. They have not responded to my attempts to contact them through their website.

    Overall: It appears to have stopped working and the company does not respond to my attempts to contact them. I feel scammed.
