Pros: Order.co curating all the things I need to order to run our store makes my life so easy. I use it weekly and it's makes ordering such a smooth process.

Cons: I don't have any cons to list about Order.co, it makes ordering for my store so easy and straight forward.

Overall: I am a very big fan of the site and it's ease of use, the currating of all the products in the same place makes ordering my supplies so much easier.

Cons: I haven't had any issues with order.com so far. No problems with the website or navigating the website. Been easy and quick.

Pros: My company uses Order so I can find branded products we need and also generic cleaners and supplies.

Cons: There are no basic supplies like vinegar and alcohol.

Overall: Since the pandemic, many of us rely on alcohol and vinegar as basic germ killers over what turns out to be bottles of water with a tad of active ingredients sold at a higher price. Boric acid is great for bug control and much less toxic than some products.

The supply team gets a little upset when an order is stopped or Order.co can't find the product available and tries to find something else. This causes a unknown lapse better the end user and the order arriving on time. You have to solve this to get from 4 to 5 stars

Pros: The support from your customer service team has been above and beyond my expectations. Substitutions and completions with out a glitch.

Cons: When I go to the "Purchase->My Orders" Tab, I wish that the screen displayed your preferred locations and not all. I am part of the same company but not in the position to be updated on all purchases throughout the company. I know I can choose the location to filter by but I have to do that every time I am on the screen and it just adds to the time I am taking to check on orders within my own facility. Other than that, I have enjoyed all my interactions thus far with Order.co.

Overall: My experience with Order.co has been satisfactory. Order.co plays an essential role in my position and makes it very simple to do purchases on a mass scale. Order.co best feature I would say is their employees. I have interacted with several representatives for various purchases and am always impressed by their promptness and effort to resolve the task at hand.

Pros: I love the organization on the website, the ease of user ability, and the prompt responsive orders. Being able to find what I need when I need it and being able to track orders has made my job easier.

Cons: I'd like to be able to add items we may need without going to another person. Maybe have like a spot where I'd like to add this item and a supervisor or purchasing team member can approve the add or deny it.

Overall: Overall it has been a great addition to our company. We have not had a smooth purchasing program before we added this.

Pros: We order once a month only. It' s been ok so far with ordering supplies on line. If I have a problem I just look under the search and look what I need and if I can't the answer that I need then I will send an e-mail out. Usually I will get a response immediately. The prices are pretty good and we get discounts. My favorite place to order our supplies is from Staples.

Cons: The only I can is sometimes when ordering even from the same place all the supplies don't come in all at once. Sometimes it takes a while to get our supplies. I even have to call to see when will be receiving our orders and that is a process it self. I didn't like the fact that when we order from AMAZON the Dyson Vacuum we had to return it back and they charge us for the return of the Dyson. I feel that we shouldn't had to pay for the return. We had to order another Dyson Vacuum this time, we order it from Costco and it came pretty fast.

Overall: I would say ordering supplies it's really easy. The prices are easy to look at and like at Staples it always shows if something is on sale. I like to order from Staples mostly.

Pros: I love being able to set schedules and have items that we use regularly come to the store automatically. The bonus of being able to see what others within the organization are getting helps us generate great ideas.

Cons: Some ordering minimums and canceled items can have an exceedingly long delay in arriving.

Overall: I love Order.co and I’ve used it at two businesses I’ve worked for. One of which had close to 500 employees and now a much smaller organization.
