She was able to make my requested change in about a minute, and was willing to help with more if need be. Once she was "on the line" she responded quickly and it was great. Ease of use for end user. Flexible platform for customization. Procurement approval hierarchy. CARTSCAN for major online stores. Cost effective solution. I really like the ease of the program. It can do as much or as little as you want. Price is so affordable compared to so many other programs we looked at. Customer service is top notch. Every time I have asked a question I have someone reaching out to me within the hour. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. We implemented Tradogram a couple of years ago and the company roll out was extraordinary. We had it fully setup with everyone using it in the first week! No training was needed and we literally saw an ROI in the first month. If you're looking for a simple yet very powerful procurement system Tradogram is for you. It also integrated seamlessly with out accounting system, which our AP team has been very grateful for. Thank you Tradogram team for the awesome product! Cons We've not had any major negative issues with the product/product support. Nothing, the process was great from beginning to end. Would like more integration of warehouse locations within stock control element. I would like to create my own buttons and data points on the interface. I wish Deliveries had dollar amounts so I wouldn't have to check out the pricing in the Purchase Order first then go into deliveries to accept delivery. The other item I would like to see is to be able to edit a purchase order once it has been partially received. Sometimes pricing is different or an additional freight charge is applied and I can't edit the purchase order because I received partial materials. I am new, so maybe there is a way around these items that I haven't figured out yet. Reporting was a bit of an issue at first but then we were able to figure it out, there are many options for reporting.
