ContainerMath
ContainerMath is a 3D load-planning platform that turns messy cargo lists into optimized, balanced, and exportable packing plans for cartons, crates, shipping containers, trailers, and rail wagons. Users can paste a dispatch list, packing list, or Excel data, and its AI manifest import reads quantities, dimensions, and weights, normalizes units, and structures the cargo for planning. Carton Fit determines how many products fit into a shipper carton or crate and calculates units per box, boxes required, and optional weight limits. Freight then arranges mixed cargo into high-density 3D load plans using actual geometry, orientation, stacking rules, and pipe nesting where needed. Interactive 3D views and readable 2D cross-sections show placement order for loading crews, while center-of-gravity, payload, weight-distribution, and axle-balance analysis help prevent unstable or overloaded shipments.

Boeing Load Planner
The web-based software provides end-to-end supply chain visibility through information visualization, in-transit cargo visibility, and distribution forecasting and planning. The commercial product line is based on the custom solution developed for the ICODES program, which serves as the single load planning capability for the U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM). GOLDesp Load Planner enables users to monitor various stages of the load-planning process and suggests solutions to problems as they arise. It provides notifications of issues such as weight imbalances and improperly stowed hazardous materials. Boeing Load Planner also enables users to estimate the number of boxes, pallets, and containers required to package a group of cargo items. Using a hand-held terminal, customers can track, edit and record the as-placed locations of cargo items in load plans.

Picador
treeDiM is a CAD and PLM* software editor for design packaging and pos/display. Picador, the CAD software, is used in 55 countries by over 4500 users (packaging manufacturers, digital printers, industrial users or trademark companies, designers). PLMPack, the collaborative platform, is used worldwide by over 15.000 users. Our innovative project for a collaborative ecodesign platform PLM Pack provides many software modules like : PackLIB, a set of libraries of parametric packaging models. StackBuilder, for palletizing, case packing, and truck loading optimization. PackStress to calculate packing and stacking resistance. Optimus launches the new module of Packaging Estimating with automatic calculation of imposition of printing, die-cutting, case packing and palletizing, getting packaging manufacturers to meet all the increasingly demanding requirements of their customers, achieving, reducing the time-to-market.

MultiPack
With MultiPack you can optimize the use of storage space on pallets, and returnable containers, and similarly the use of storage space in containers, HGVs, railway wagons, and ULDs if these are to be loaded with packages of the same size. MultiPack modules are being used by our customers for not only rectangular packages but also for cylindrical, conical, oval, hexagonal as well as complex forms of packaging. We can offer an add-on to the basic version of MultiPack in the form of a two and three-stage analysis for the optimum dimensioning of new product packaging. These modules support the user during the optimum design of the primary, outer, and transport packaging according to the pallets and/or shipping containers in use. Our customers constantly report back to us about their surprisingly high annual savings in logistics costs. Numerous medium-sized companies are still of the opinion that they do not need intelligent software to plan storage space.
