OpenSCORM is predictable, flat-rate SCORM hosting and delivery for training teams. Upload a SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 or xAPI course, send learners a link or dispatch it into a client's LMS, and track completions in one place. Plans are priced by active learners per billing period, from $30 to $850 a month, with no per-registration overages, ever. The free tier covers 1 course and up to 10 users, you included, with no expiry and no credit card. SAML single sign-on is included from the Small plan up. The web client that runs in your browser is open source under the GNU AGPL v3 and published on GitHub, so you can see exactly what it does; the platform itself is a hosted service and is not distributed for self-hosting. Hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States.
