Pros: Very easy to use. Only software that has employee monitoring integrated with complete HRMS operations. Flexible Payroll module for India. Leave, management, Attendance management, Task managements are seamless. Great for small to midsize organizations. Affordable license cost. This software is definitely worth trying out.
Cons: While no software can provide everything we need, OfficePortal HRMS has satisfied our organization's needs quite well. We haven't found many drawbacks with the software so far.
Overall: I have been using OfficePortal HRMS and it has been a great experience so far. The best thing about this software is its user-friendliness. It is the only HRMS software that I have come across that comes with an employee monitoring feature integrated into its complete product. The attendance tracking system is flexible and supports different types of attendance, such as web check-in, biometric check-in, and automatic check-in for remote workers, which all work together seamlessly. The payroll module is very good and can be easily configured according to our organization's policies. Another feature that I found useful is the Task Board, which offers basic CRM functionality for medium-sized organizations. The leave management module is also easy to use and has an automatic approval workflow that streamlines the process. Although the shift management module could be improved with a redesign, the software offers a one-stop solution for all our HRMS needs, eliminating the need for multiple software tools. Overall, I am very happy with my experience using OfficePortal HRMS.

Pros: It's very simple and easy to set up and use the OfficePortal. The support team is very friendly and help us and guide us in the simplest way. This HRMS tool has been designed to meet the requirements of small medium and large organizations.
Cons: No cons. It suits the requirement of all sized organizations.
Overall: OfficePortal is the best and most reliable Employee management Software in the Industry. With OfficePortal, I am able to manage my employees with ease. OffIcePortal provides the option to choose among different modes of attendance. The leave records, tracking and approval are automated with OfficePortal. I can conduct Performance reviews online for my employees and Performance management is a very hassle-free process. Since all the records are saved in the cloud-based system, past records can be accessed anytime. Employee Monitoring is the key feature in OfficePortal. It helps you to monitor the employees who work remotely and you can easily track their productive hours of work. With employees being aware of the Monitoring tool on their systems, they work more productively and give in their best.I have seen the increased productivity in my employees and hence, would like to share my personal experience here.
