Pros: Simple and easy to use. All basic functions are available. I can take notes when I talk to customers.
Cons: Too many applications that are not very useful for me. They have to be turned off individually to make the screen look cleaner.
Overall: Very easy to use and you can either install it or use their cloud based solution. I use it for taking notes when contacting client. The mobile interface is not as good as the desktop but it works!
