    Pros: I’ve been using Off-POS in my medicine shop, and it’s been a solid experience so far. It offers everything I need—inventory management, barcode support, customer/supplier tracking, expiry management, and multi-branch handling. The POS interface is smooth, and their reporting system gives a clear view of profit/loss, stock levels, due payments, etc., which helps a lot in managing the business better.

    Cons: Reports are detailed and helpful for tracking profit, dues, and stock. However, the UI could use a modern refresh, and I’d love to see more integration options with online stores or accounting tools. Also, some parts of the documentation could be clearer for beginners.

    Overall: Overall, Off-POS is a reliable, full-featured system that’s ideal for small to mid-sized retail businesses. Recommended!
