    "Record Labels should NOT use One RPM"

    Pros: I guess the only pro would be that this company hires mentally handicapped individuals (mental midgets).

    Cons: We are a fairly large Indie Record Label (with several GRAMMY wins and songs that have been syndicated in film). I have never experienced such poor customer service ever in my 20 year career as One RPM.

    Overall: Some select names of the incompetent individuals are: "Kevin" "Mercy" and "Gustavo"
