Pros: Ease of Use.
Cloud Based.
Integrates well with a few other applications that our company utilizes. Very good for sales pipeline management.Cons: A few features that could be added. Customer support is ok but for the price it is fine. There is a slight lag when entering data but that might be on our end.
Overall: Overall, I love Nutshell. Our company has used this as our CRM for over five years. It's great when you don't need heavy analytics for managing your customer pipeline. Great interface and simplicity for all aspects. Intuitive to use.

Pros: The platform is so customizable. Each user can have their own experience and utilize the CRM as they need. I can organize my leads to stay efficient and prioritize next steps.
Cons: It's so customizable, ha, it can feel overwhelming due to all the pieces, features and functionalities.
Overall: I love the chat and ability to connect with a representative to talk through best practices. The ability for the user to make their own dashboard, pipeline and ease of pulling reports/data is fantastic!

Pros: The site is one of the best for CMS. Easy to use, and real people to answer questions if needed. The letter campaigns available have worked well. The creation of new letters, once one learns the system are easy to create and effective.
Cons: The price is steep. What they need is a middle plateau level. $60/mo. is reasonable. There are some hidden items that need to be clicked that are not intuitive from the my standpoint.
Overall: Great company and systems work well. easy to use and learn. Overall, once the system is learned it does become a very effective program. The change over from Highrise was complicated by Highrise and the staff did sort it out at Nutshell and made it work. Great people to work with.

Pros: Very easy to get Nutshell up and running. Customization is fairly easy to get done for almost any purpose. Most of the limits inherent to the platform are fairly easy to work around.
Overall, Nutshell is a great value given its functionality.Cons: Missing a couple of features, most especially there needs to be a way to easily create and track recurring sales.
Reporting is "fairly" easy, but report generation could be a bit smoother / easier.
Customer support is "ok" but not fantastic. It can sometimes be tough to get a really quick answer to immediate needs.Overall: As both and Admin and User for 2+ years, Nutshell is a GREAT value in CRM and is MUCH better than much more complicated and expensive options. Very highly recommended.

Wish I could pick a number instead of how many are currently in our CRM since we are not interested in sending newsletters to many of the contacts we have.Overall: Overall a good CRM for a reasonable price. Customer service is helpful...if you call and leave a message they will return call fairly quickly. It's always nice to talk to have a live person who knows their stuff. -Task scheduling/rescheduling is limited to predetermined days where a calendar would be nice
-As an admin, I do not have a granular enough ability to limit other users' access. It is all or nothing.Overall: Nutshell has been a great resource for our small but growing company. Set up and customization has been extremely easy as Nutshell's support team is great at what they do. Although we have encountered some limitations within Nutshell, we have been able to effectively work around them to accomplish our goals. The price, the plug-and-play nature of the CRM, and the support we have experienced have made Nutshell a great option for us at this stage of our organizational journey.

Pros: Efficiency with connecting leads, contacts, and communication. Ability to follow the lead through the pipeline.
Cons: Adding new accounts seems a little tricky. We have struggled to find time to engage with support in Australia.
Overall: There has been a huge benefit to our organizations ability to track our leads and track out customer engagement. We have increased our sales and engagement by at least 10%.

Pros: Nutshell is right-sized for fast-paced startups. Has the perfect mix of features and customizability without being over-burdensome to manage. Nutshell gives our sales team the tools they need to be successful.
Cons: As with most CRMs takes a couple of days to get into a good workflow, and optimize all the integrations.
Overall: Overall we have had a great experience with Nutshell. I love the product and support! Nutshell has the right balance of features and functionality with an intuitive UX.

Pros: It is easy to use, but could be made much better with a few upgrades.
Can be used straight out of the box.Cons: The mobile app is useless.
The calendar/ meeting should automatically place the address in the location section.
The card scan is only 50% accurate.Overall: Overall it is a good entry level CRM. Nutshell is fairly priced, and would be good for small business/professionals such as insurance or sales.

Pros: We have used Nutshell for a few years now. It has made our marketing so much easier. We have everything in one place now which has made our team more productive than ever. We love the occasional training classes and all of the extra help they provide. We always talk to real people on the phone and online meeting spaces.
Cons: Nothing I can think of. The recent updates with mailing through Nutshell took all the cons away.
Overall: We have had the service for a few years and are very happy with it. The Nutshell team has been very responsive to our needs.

Pros: The overall workflow is easy and efficient. The attention to detail is apparent in just about everything I do. A great example is the integration between the mobile and desktop apps. If I search a customer on my mobile device and switch back to my desktop, that same account is what I see. Customization is also very powerful. It's also a very agile program which is important for a cloud based application.
Cons: I'd like to see more functionality with the map. Navigation, trip optimization and more sales data visualizations would be great. It would be nice to have the ability to assign territories to sales people and vendors.
Overall: The key to a successful CRM is adoption. Nutshell is fast, sleek and well thought out. Its effortless workflow makes it easy to integrate into the daily routine of our sales team. It has become an indispensable part of my day to day work responsibilities.

Cons: Does not integrate with many 3rd party systems as we need.

Cons: Not many that I can think of off the top of my head.

Pros: The design and layout is very simple and straigtforward, although the first day it took me a little while to truly understand the design and functions. Once you understand the layout it becomes very easy to continually use/scale.
The custom fields are great as it allows us to create fields for data that is necessary to track for our company.
Price is another big pro and one of the primary reasons we went with Nutshell. Nutshell is cheaper than our old platform but is still able to provide all the capabilities we need. Also the easy of adding/removing users and licenses/changing our billing is great.Cons: The tool is more commercially tailored- not truly meant to be used for people whose customers are government agencies. Would like to see a capability for it to expand for govcon users.
There is also a noticeable deficiency in the ability to make analytic reports based on your data from your pipeline. Although pulling the data into excel and doing the reports ourselves is a simple workaround.
Although the import of our data from our previous platform done by Nutshell seemed the easiest approach, it caused more work ultimately since our customers are government agencies. When the data was imported it didn't go in the correct fields or the data didn't make much sense in the fields provided by Nutshell or had to be in custom fields entirely. If I could do it all over again I would've probably transferred the data myself. I'm sure if we were a commercial company, the data transition would've been a lot easier.Overall: Overall I'm very happy with nutshell, we've had no issues with the platform in the last year, although we had to do a lot of tailoring to make it more applicable for our government customers/data. Customer service from Nutshell is great and timely.

Overall: My personal experience with Nutshell has been almost exclusively positive. A fantastic budget CRM. With all of the information and customization options available, Nutshell definitely goes toe to toe with some of the big name CRM's - while still remaining affordable.
