NoteBurner

Pros: The interface is the must convenient and user friendly, by far is the best option to download music, I use it for my ipod classic 7th Gen, and it has a great sound quality in all of the tracks

Cons: Nothing yet, I haven't faced any issue or trouble shooting during the downloads

Overall: 10 out of 10, best software to download music, I've tried more than 10 softwares and no one works like this

Pros: I’ve been using it for almost two years now, and I use it almost every week to download songs. The customer support is great too. Whenever I have a question, I email them, and they usually respond quickly and resolve the issue just as fast.

The best part is simply being able to download the songs I love and keep them forever. It does exactly what I need, and that’s what matters most. Really happy using it!

Cons: Sometimes the downloads don’t go as smoothly as expected, and I run into a few issues. However, these problems are usually fixed after updates. I do feel like some features are still missing, though, and it would be nice to see them added in future updates.

Overall: Highly recommend it! Once you purchase the lifetime version, u can always email their support team if u run into any issues. Most importantly, I've downloaded all my songs, so I can keep them forever.

Pros: Download YouTube content for free in high quality.
A one-stop downloader that can download TV series from many popular platforms with a single program, very convenient.

Cons: The registration process was a bit confusing because I hadn't used this type of product before, but customer service quickly helped me resolve the issue.

Overall: Overall, this is a program worth trying, and you can tell it's a well-designed app. The customer service response time is also quite good.

Pros: Free & All MVs are downloaded successfully & stable & Technical Support & It keep videos of my favorite singers forever!

Overall: I stumbled upon this program and it actually works so well. It's much more stable than the site I was using, and the downloaded videos are high quality!

Pros: I totally recommend NoteBurner. I used it for a year and forgot to renew my annual subscription, even after getting a reminder email. A few months later, I realized my mistake and emailed them. They replied within a day and gave me a new code, which I really appreciated. Plus, the interface to download music for our family games from YouTube is super easy and seamless.

Cons: If it can tell the audio quality before downloading, that will be great.
