Niceboard

Pros: In spite of being packed with all the bells and whistles (Banners, Customised pages, coupons, upsells, email alerts, resumes), the UI and UX are topnotch.
Backfill Jobs is very helpful in the beginning stages. All this comes at an appropriate price (where most others fail). Above all, the founder is quite passionate about his product and very helpful.

Cons: Backfill jobs need to have few more options, this will be especially beneficial for new job board owners who don't have many job leads/ sources to begin with.

Overall: While looking for a job board solution to support my facebook community, I explored various tools (free trials) but Niceboard is what I ultimately paid for. Apart from being packed with features, it is the ease of use that hooks me to it. Essentially you need not to do anything apart from personalising your board to your taste & brand, and connecting your domain (which is again very easy).

Pros: I like the ease of use, the UI and the overall user experience of using Niceboard. The experience is pleasant as a board owner but also for the employers and job seekers that end up using it. There are many modern features that make this platform desirable but I think the most important consideration is Olivier, the driving force behind the constant improvements. I have been proud to be an early adopter because the experience keeps getting better.

Cons: Once upon a time I was disappointed that some little features that I wanted were not available but within only a few short months of development Olivier had the features I most wanted ready and available, so I am left with no complaints. Feels good to get what you want out of a job board.

Overall: Absolutely amazing service level and great overall product makes Niceboard quite possibly the nicest job board service ever!

Pros: The setup and onboarding was great and we had the board up and running in no time.

We have since built a large community using the board daily to look for jobs in our specific industry.

The team at Niceboard have continued to knock it out of the park with additional features as well as being there to take on feedback and add in requested features.

Olivier's support is above and beyond and I have no concerns over getting my questions answered when needed.

Cons: It's hard to identify specific cons. It would be great to have more flexibility over certain aspects of the site, however this is purely down to my impatience and I know it will continue to head in the right direction to benefit us all.

Overall: My overall experience with Niceboard has been and continues to be 5*.

I would recommend it to any company or community looking to help get all of their jobs in one place.
