About Nest Learn
Nest Learn is a learning management system for children's care providers. It combines a library of 30+ CareCPD-accredited online courses with tools for managing face-to-face and external training. Managers create Learning Paths, set deadlines and choose assignments, with a preview before saving. Staff see their training, resume online courses and view upcoming sessions. A Training Matrix and manager dashboard show progress and gaps across Homes, with bank staff grouped separately. Managers can schedule sessions, record attendance and attach evidence. Nest supports onboarding by importing staff and historic training records, while role-based access keeps each person's view appropriate to their responsibilities.
