About Neighbors.fyi
Neighbors.fyi is a web-based community portal for self-managed homeowners associations and condominium communities. It gives residents a central place to view governing documents, announcements and meeting information; submit maintenance or architectural requests; reserve amenities; find board contacts and neighbor-recommended vendors; and participate in polls and community discussions. Board members and committees can manage resident services, violations, projects and requests, while role-based permissions limit access to relevant areas and an audit log records activity. The Operations plan adds dues collection by ACH and card. By bringing day-to-day information and workflows together, the service supports volunteer boards and residents who need a shared way to communicate and coordinate community administration.
