MyTennis.School is browser-based management software for tennis schools, clubs, academies and facilities. It brings member and player profiles, programmes, online registration, scheduling, group planning, coach and court assignments, attendance, invoicing and communications into one system. Schools can publish seasonal programmes, collect preferred training times, arrange lessons as a series, manage camps and private lessons, and record attendance from a phone browser. Clubs can manage memberships, fees, courts, indoor halls and events. The platform supports multiple locations and provides separate logins for administrators, coaches, players, members and parents. Seasonal invoices can be sent in bulk, with Swiss QR bills, SEPA or GiroCode payment formats, reminders and CSV/PDF accounting exports. Customers access the hosted service through a web browser; a separate branded app is planned for 2027.
