My Intranet is a complete HRIS system with 6 modules:

- Leave management system (leave request, overtime)
- Expense report
- Time tracking
- Personnel file management
- Corporate directory
- Procure to pay

My Intranet has been in the field since 2009. It is an HRIS with a long track record and thousands of users. The modular approach gives maximum flexibility to customers as they can use each module independently for specific users.

The solution is available in SaaS mode thus the company doesn't have about all the technical details. All the maintenance is handled by the S/W editor.

    "Easy to use leave management service"

    Pros: My Intranet is pretty easy to configure. We started to use it only few days after the subscription. Right now, we are using it for leave management and time tracking. It allowed us to save hours of admin time and also to become more efficient when it comes to planning resources and reporting time.

    Cons: The solution does a lot of things. It is very complete. So at the beginning, you need to take a bit of time to understand what it does versus what you need. But the support really helped us on that.

    Overall: We have been using My Intranet for 5 years now. It is very stable and straightforward. New users don't need 2 days of training to understand how it works. In just 5 minutes, everything is understood. This is very valuable for a company like ours.

    Pros: The application can be used as simple or as detailed as you wish with many features available, if you wish to use them.

    Cons: Can be quite cumbersome to initially set up, a better UI or a sort of installation wizard would go well.

    Overall: Generally pain-free once all the set-up has been completed and we have been able to adjust quite simply as we have evolved as a company.
