Pros: Once you are familiar with how to do the setup etc, it is relatively easy to design and launch a fully customized survey.
Cons: There are parts of the setup which aren't intuitive and are a challenge to navigate and you've got to learn by trial and error. (Fortunately, the support lead who helped me - Yu Hang - was superb and I managed to get the outcome we needed for the client). The end look and feel (from a design perspective) also can perhaps be improved. For example, having the option to choose from a selection of backgrounds, would be great. At the core tho - an easier way to select and amend options (such as welcome texts etc) should be considered to make MRS an even more compelling option for those who need to design and implement such surveys.
Overall: MultiRater Surveys has been a great tool in our arsenal of the resources we have available for our clients who would like to have a bespoke 180 or 360 questionnaire done. The survey allows users to have almost full of control over the content creation and administration of customized feedback surveys. There is also a simple analytics function which will allow the survey administrator to gain quick insights into key themes based on all responses gathered, which are usually very valuable to the organization.

Pros: I really like the customisation options for the assessments, the scalability and the capability. The support has also been fantastic.
Cons: The UI for the backend, even after the update, is not intuitive to use and has inconsistent design and naming elements. It has also been buggy as well. It took a while to work out how the system worked but I do have the hang of it now.
This does not extend to when the survey itself is taken, that side is quite good.Overall: A great and well supported product that surpasses its backend UI.

Pros: Very intuitive.
Easy to use.
Reports are great.
Ability to manage the process is great.
The ability to use either templates or customise surveys makes the program and process great.
The support from the tech and service staff is quick and terrific.Cons: Only negative (which is small) is that the eNPS response can't be configured to the top position in an engagement survey. Other then this small detail, I am a big fan of MultiRater.
Overall: MultiRater is a terrific system which is both easy to use and great from the users perspective. A great product backed by terrific service and support.

Pros: - The support team is phenomenal! Whatever time you need them, they were highly responsive and gave us tremendous support.
- The tool is easy to use and gave us insights into the participants in our learning interventionCons: - There is some manual work involved. The team is working towards automating them and I am sure the next versions will be even better.
Overall: Thoroughly enjoyed using Multirater for one of our clients and I am sure we will be using it again and again. Thank you to Yu Hang and the Multirater team for making the experience awesome for us!

Pros: The surveys have provided much needed guidance during our employment process for new staff. It has also pioneered greater understanding within our teams getting to know how people work and communicate in a more effective and efficient way. It has been an invaluable tool for our business.
Cons: I don't have any cons, the process is so simple and the staff are really diligent.
Overall: Amazing. The ease of the process makes it user friendly for all managers and staff using the system.

Pros: The system is easily customisable and I'm able to create bespoke Performance Reviews and Engagement Surveys for a range of different organisations with different requirements.
That being said, the default/template questions and competency areas are usually fairly close to what we require - which makes it easy!
Support is always responsive when required.Cons: Like any system, it takes the running of a few surveys to follow the intricacies of how surveys are launched, but then it's fairly easy to follow.
Overall: Multiraters is an easy to use survey platform at a reasonable price point that is customisable to meet a wide range of organisations requirements.

Pros: The people at Multirater have a rare service mentality in today's world. Their willingness to go the extra mile, be flexible, and strive for accuracy in their work. We have worked with them for five years and value their partnership.
Cons: I don't have any criticisms.
Overall: While we are oceans apart, we have figured out how to communicate and use the time zones to our advantage. We can ask for turnarounds on projects that are tight, and they have been able to exceed our expectations.

Pros: I like the ability to customise all aspects of the survey. The default questionnaires are a great starting point, but it's handy that we can offer our clients who require some bespoke attributes to be surveyed, the opportunity to do so. There are many survey products on offer too, which is useful. I like that it is a cost effective tool, which provides great insights into people & culture/employee performance. The also receive great support from the Multirater team when needed.
Cons: The system itself is not very intuitive to navigate, so as an administrator, I needed quite a bit of support in the beginning. Hence, training on how to set up surveys, build your content etc is really important. If you are using the tool often, you will become an expert at it pretty quickly!
Overall: I like the Multirater Surveys tool - there are many survey options that we can recommend to our clients who wish to know more about their organisation and people. The reports generated from the survey are insightful and useful to help develop effective people and culture strategies, improve the employee experience and help increase employee performance. You get a lot of value for money with the Multirater tool.
