MsgOrb is a web-based WhatsApp communication platform for churches, schools, nonprofits, clubs, event organizers and businesses. Organizations manage contacts in groups, schedule recurring reminders and announcements, track message delivery, collect RSVP or confirmation replies, and continue conversations in a shared inbox. It uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform and approved message templates, with opt-out handling for recipients who reply STOP. Event Check-in supports RSVP links, QR entry passes and phone-based door scanning; Kids Check-in provides family registration, volunteer check-in and pickup codes. Teams can send order, booking and delivery updates through integrations such as Shopify and Calendly, or connect other systems using MsgOrb's webhook endpoint. Recipients get messages in WhatsApp, while staff manage contacts and workflows from a shared dashboard.
