    Pros: We evaluated Montro to understand which AI tools our team was using across Antonello Studio. The centralized dashboard made it easier to see our AI software in one place and identify duplicate or unused tools during our evaluation.

    Cons: The onboarding process took a little time to understand, and more interactive guidance would make it easier for first-time users.

    Overall: We explored Montro as part of evaluating AI governance for our growing marketing workflow. It gave us a clearer view of the AI applications our team was using and showed how centralized visibility can help organizations manage AI adoption more effectively. While our evaluation was limited, the platform appears well designed for teams that want better oversight of their AI software.
