About Mindcat Stays
Mindcat Stays is a hotel booking and front-desk system for hotel apartment and furnished-apartment operators, holiday homes, chalets and small hotels. It provides a property-branded booking website where guests search availability and book rooms or apartments by night, week or month. Front-desk staff manage direct web bookings, phone, walk-in and corporate stays on a calendar, with reservation records, payment balances, invoices and booking exports. Operators can configure unit types, rates, minimum stays, extras, cancellation rules, VAT and the Tourism Dirham as a separate fee, and view multiple buildings in one dashboard. The service is hosted in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, or operated in a customer cloud or data center. Guest pages support English and partly translated Arabic. It does not currently synchronize bookings with Booking.com, Expedia or Airbnb, or provide Shomoos registration or ZATCA e-invoicing.
