Microsoft OneNote

Pros: Microsoft OneNote is not just a note taking app, it offers great management features which helps you categorize and label notes in an efficient way. While taking notes it allows to add multimedia files which is great. It provides cloud storage for saving notes which can later be synced across devices. It is available on smartphones as well for using when not on desktop.

Cons: I found only one major issue which is lack of advanced text search.

Overall: Overall, Microsoft OneNote is a great alternative to Evernote and works well even on smartphones with the cloud storage and sync.

Pros: Here are the things I liked about Microsoft OneNote.

+ Handwritten and pencil mode.

Cons: - No cons to share. Overall it an outstanding tool.

Overall: It's a very beneficial tool to organize and store notes on a digital platform. Overall I use Microsoft OneNote to write my notes anywhere and store important notes in secure Microsoft cloud storage.

Overall: Microsoft OneNote is a great note taking app whether you use it along with other office products or not. It provides lots of features and even has a free basic version with cloud storage.

Pros: Microsoft OneNote had multi platform support to write and view on mobile and desktop simultaneously. Image notes can also be stored. Sharing notes is very easy.

Cons: It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.

Overall: Microsoft OneNote offers paperless notes to write, save, instant and important notes digitally. This app is very handy and my personal favorite to stay organized.

Pros: This product is very easy to use. I love the tab layout and the fact that it saves as you go. Very collaborative piece of software.

Cons: If you don't have the desktop version of this product, you lose some essential functionality. To get the full experience, highly suggest using the desktop version, not web version.

Overall: I had never used this product before, and it took some getting used to, but once I figured out how it worked, I am converted to the product.

Pros: Microsoft OneNote is the most smart note app with plenty of features which is not easy to find in a single tool. OneNote can be used to take notes , ideas, collaborate. The unique features it offers -

Cons: Microsoft OneNote is one of the best digital notebook i used.

Overall: OneNote is very interactive notebook for day to day use. It has optical character recognition in built in to it which can be used to extract the text part from any image, making it handy to notes purposes. It has very useful annotate and draw feature which is very useful in case to highlight something important. Recorded audio/video can be added to note, online video can be added. It has ability to convert Hand written contents to Texts, which is extremely useful to in case when you are taking notes through writing on the screen, which can be converted to text and shared with others. All created notes can be easily shared with other people to collaborate .

Cons: It just needs more integrations with third party apps like Google suite and others.

Overall: Microsoft OneNote is the only note taking app you will ever need. It is feature rich and simple at the same time, making it ideal for both business and personal use.

Pros: #1- Microsoft OneNote is integrated with OneDrive which makes sure notes can be recovered.
#2- It has many professional uses on notes.
#3- Same Microsoft account can be used in mobile and windows.

Cons: #1- It's great for me to use one more for my office purpose.

Overall: OneNote is a professional notebook. I use OneNote in office work, to save and write an important project assignment. The notes saved can be recovered and gives me no need to worry about losing data.

Pros: Microsoft OneNote is the best form of digital notes. You can also cloud backup your notes stored in Microsoft OneNote. It also scans and converts into text documents. Easy to sync and access to different devices.

Cons: Microsoft OneNote is very useful to have. Noting to share about the con.

Overall: Writing and saving paper notes were difficult things. But Microsoft OneNote helped me to save a note in a digital way. It let me write, save and edit from anyplace. The Notes stored can also be cloud backup, so no need to worry about losing notes.

Pros: (+) It has a lot of features and the design is very good.
(+) Easy integration with calendar and sync with event post-completion.
(+) You can add images, website links, and many other formats and save it to the calendar.
(+) Outlook ecosystem, you will have 1 TB of cloud data with the paid version.
(+) Collaboration with multiple applications, you can paste a video, excel spreadsheet, and many other format files.

Cons: (-) Not as fast as other applications in the same domain
(-) Formatting issues when you paste content from other sources. The same issue goes with MS Word as well.
(-) Syncing issues between various devices can be observed.

Overall: My experience with one note has been good, it really helps in taking quick notes and you can sync it to the respective calendar events. It also allows you to collaborate with multiple applications like you can put an excel spreadsheet or a video or audio file and many other formats. OneNote is a real lifesaver when it comes to working it will help in sharing the content of meetings.

On an overall level, it is a very good application and a definite recommendation but you can always explore other applications.

Pros: Part of the MS Suite so if you are familiar with one, you are familiar with OneNote. Good enterprise integration. Easy to create multiple notes to keep yourself organized.

Cons: Not as feature rich as some of the other note softwares out there.

Overall: I used OneNote primarily in conjunction with Microsoft Lens for a little bit as it was a great pair for snapping a picture of a business card and saving all of the information in a central location. Once I stopped using it for that I don't use it too much any more as I use Evernote for all of my Note taking needs.

Pros: I like how you can go from tab to tab for different courses. you can basically create a notebook for each.

Cons: Not much that I dislike about it to be honest as it's great.

Overall: Overall I recommend this for anyone. I used it throughout my entire college career to take notes in class.
