Meridian is a hospital management information system for clinics, hospitals and hospital groups. Its shared facility record supports reception, queues, appointments, patient records, consultations, laboratory workflows, inpatient and ward management, pharmacy and stock, billing, insurance and SHA claims, and facility reporting. Optional modules add services such as teleconsultation, emergency care, maternity and child health, imaging, theatre, chronic care, dental, HR, accounting, procurement, and multi-facility administration. Patients can use booking, reminders and results through WhatsApp, SMS or USSD, while staff can continue working offline and sync changes when connectivity returns. The system includes audit logs, daily backups, data migration, staff training and 24/7 support. It is offered as a hosted cloud service, with an on-premise license available for hospital groups.
