Pros: I like that bills can be entered directly into Melio, or Melio can get them from the accounting software. Also, the ability to email bills to Melio is a great option for business owners/employees who aren't hands-on with the bookkeeping side of things.

Cons: I've had to reconnect Melio to the accounting software a few times when it stopped working. I also had to initiate the connection from inside the accounting software, rather than from Melio's side, to get a successful connection.

Overall: Overall, Melio has been a great tool in my tech stack. My clients find it easy to use. It has all the features needed to simply and quickly process bill payments. I haven't yet tested or used the "Get Paid" feature, since I have another workflow already in place. But the time may come when it makes more sense to have everything in Melio, and I anticipate that function will work as smoothly and easily as paying vendors does now.

Cons: There isn't really much that I don't like to be honest. International payments confuse me a little because the address given by the vendor is not always an exact match to what comes up in the system.

Cons: Missing some control features like being able to delete organizations from your profile (or to simply remove yourself from the organization). Also missing some advanced features like an API for outside developers to build integrations.

Overall: Very impressed with the product so far. Can't wait to see what Melio is able to do with this as they continue to grow and develop this product and features.

Pros: With Melio, One is able to pay even non Melio users. In addition, i love the fact that you can decide if person been paid receives direct deposit or Check.

Cons: The downside is that you can only send free payments via ACH transfers and Only USA businesses. I hope Melio expands to other Countries.

Pros: I am a bookkeeping firm and I have used Melio for both my firm as well as for my clients. It is so simple to use and provides great Approval processes. I love that my clients can use it with ease and do not need to be tech savvy to navigate the software. It is also great for Vendors as they can easily add their secure banking details for quick payments.

Cons: There are a few more features I would love to see but overall it is a great product. It would be great if Vendors could save their details for recurring payments.

Cons: Have gotten a few comments about spammy vibes from out customers. Might help to make the site look a little more polished. I also had issues receiving payment via check from Melio. It got logged in the system and the check was never sent even though payment showed in full. If a client wants to pay via check, I do it outside of Melio.
