Pros: - Customizable software
- Constant support and with the same manager
- New features every few months
- Weekly trainings, normally the reception staff and external doctors vary constantly, this function is essential for us, we do not have to invest time in training new staffCons: There is no negative point, perhaps, the time it takes to customize the software, about 7 days.
Overall: Recommended, in case of any problem they always offer me help, and the same manager always assists me, it's something that I really value.
