About MedPrax Report
MedPrax Report is cloud-based endoscopy reporting software designed for independent clinicians and focused clinical teams. It supports structured templates for upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, bronchoscopy, and supported ENT procedures. Clinicians can manage patient history, select procedure images, document reviewed findings, generate signed PDF reports, make amendments, track follow-ups, and monitor reporting activity through analytics. Reports can be shared using revocable seven-day links protected by a separate access code. Authenticated MedPrax Capture cases and supported media can be handed off into Report. The platform also provides a portable FHIR R4 JSON export for receiving-system mapping.
