    "MedCompass crashing"

    Pros: When it works, it works alright. It would be a really handy tool if it just worked on a consistent basis.

    Cons: My teammates and I experience regular crashes, buffering, error messages and certain parts not working correctly on a weekly basis. Every time there is an update, the program doesn't work right for a week or so. It has become a hinderance to our abilities to get work done as we need this program in order to do most things.

    Overall: Something needs to be fixed so it will stay up and running. If it is a matter of too many people using at one time, this needs to be corrected. Too often, this program stops us from being able to do our jobs and it is a main system that we need to use every day.
