    "Difficult interface with lot of problems"

    Pros: Easily available because of big 3rd party network. It is old style software with user interface which looks like 20 years old desktop computers.

    Cons: Difficult to navigate through the software.
    Finding smallest thing is not easy. It takes a lot of time to use it.
    Simple processes are made hard.

    Overall: I am switching to other software. This is old type of software. The customer service is poor because they sell through agents. And agents don't care about customers after they get money.
