About Marengo

Marengo is a white-label crypto exchange for brokers, banks, fintechs, licensed exchanges and crypto businesses. Lite supports buy, sell and convert; Pro adds candlestick charts, indicators, an order book, and limit, market and stop orders across 24+ markets. Exchange operations run on a matching engine and double-entry ledger, with customer wallets, withdrawal controls and a staff backoffice. Compliance tools include identity and sanctions checks, Travel Rule workflows, transaction monitoring, market-abuse detection, and DAC8 and CARF reporting. Marengo offers web access, native iOS and Android apps, six interface languages including Arabic right-to-left, broker mode, FIX 4.4, REST and WebSocket APIs, and proof-of-liabilities reporting. Operators can use Paynoramic's managed service or license the source code for deployment on their infrastructure. The product has a public demo, about 30-day delivery and no revenue share.

The limited founding package costs €4,000 per month for the first three clients, plus a €15,000 one-time setup fee; it has a 12-month term and price lock. Standard Launch costs €8,500 per month plus €30,000 setup, with a 12-month minimum and three months prepaid. Enterprise starts at €15,000 per month plus €90,000 setup on a 24-month term. A perpetual source-code license for one legal entity costs €180,000 once; optional updates and support cost €3,000 per month. No revenue share.
