About MakeMyBOQ
MakeMyBOQ is browser-based construction quantity takeoff software for contractors, builders, engineers, architects and homeowners preparing bills of quantities. It accepts PDF or DWG plans, sections, elevations and structural drawings, then uses AI to measure construction items trade by trade according to IS 1200. Users choose structural-only or whole-house scope and metric or feet units, and can request a bar bending schedule. Outputs include an Excel workbook with an abstract, itemized BOQ and measurement sheet, plus a PDF of drawings marked with measurements. Calculation rows show working and deductions. Users can add their own rates or a schedule of rates such as DSR; the software supplies quantities, not mandatory prices. It is designed for Indian construction workflows. The site offers an interactive sample house; self-service use with customers' own drawings is opening in batches.
