    Pros: The software is easy to setup and operate. We entered all of our assets (Shop Equipment) into the software and created, daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks for the operators that run the equipment. We also setup tasks to remind us to contact vendors for more complicated annual PM's and services the equipment may need.

    Cons: There are a few bugs the developers are still working out but so far nothing that prevents us from using the software for our needs.

    Overall: Overall, I would say our partnership with Maintenance Care has been a success, we are able to keep track of vital equipment maintenance and keep machine down time to a minimum. As a facility manager that is always the goal, keep machines running (limited down time) and keep costs under control. There is also accountability as reports can be run to see who is getting tasks complete and who is not.

    Pros: Great tracking tool, we are now able to properly track and monitor all open issues on the property!

    Cons: The app could be a little more user friendly, especially for field guys . Inventory tagging could be simpler too maybe a drop down to assign inventory to specific work orders.

    Overall: I am pleased with the program. It has kept our maintenance crew on track and allowed us to not let anything slip into the "black hole".

    Pros: Maintenance Care is friendly and easy to use.
    The app allows you to access requests and schedule tasks quickly on the go.
    Also helps you to be more efficient in your response time.
    I love the reporting tool and the amount of info you get in the background.

    Cons: Adding files can be easier. Printing the graphics from your dashboard could be made easier as well.

    Pros: The ease of use, for myself and other employees. Biggest feature I like is being able to set reminders up. Very nice for filter changes.

    Cons: I can't think of anything I don't like. I've used a few other software systems and most had holes in them. Maintenance Care doesn't.

    Overall: I've heard employees talking how easy and quick it is to submit a work order. They have the link on their desktop so it is literally at their finger tips.

    Pros: Keeps track of tasks, we can add pictures of the completed task and allows to set reminders for pending tasks.

    Cons: When a filter is applied it retains the memory of the filter. Sometimes is difficult to find a task if there was a filter applied and not cleared.

    Overall: We carry a list of items to be completed. The software has allowed us to keep track of the tasks and the fact that the technicians can upload a picture of the performed task is great to keep track of the performed work.

    Pros: The interface has worked very well for our two facilities. Having the system gives every employee from top to bottom the power to get problems addressed quickly and efficiently by direct communication to our maintenance supervisor. Every computer in our organization has a desktop link to the system.

    Cons: I don't really have any complaints, There really is minimal training required of new employees, so that typical frustration with software applications has not been experienced by us.

    Overall: Dramatically improved follow up by maintenance and ability to track the team's performance has been a game changer from what used to be a very frustrating situation.

    Pros: Product is very easy to use and track open as well as closed work orders. Maintenance loves it because it saves them time from staff having to come find them, or take a lot of time telling them about an issue. It keeps maintenance more productive.

    Cons: We love the product and have found it easy to use.
    Some staff still stop maintenance, like the face to face interaction. Working with them on.

    Overall: We love the product. I can easily look 24/7 to what issues have been put in and manage even from home on the weekends, if someone in the building can take care of until maintenance is back.

    Pros: I joined a site that was already using this tool and found it easy to get integrated into their use of it with almost no learning curve. Especially for managing tickets, it's very simple. The mobile app is also quite usable for updating tickets on the go.

    Cons: It doesn't have heaps of customizability, and many ordinary organizational changes would involve creating a new site, which incurs additional fees.

    Overall: Overall, I'm happy with MaintenanceCare. It does the job without being overwhelming. It's responsive and does what you need.
