Overall: I spent over 20 years working as a self-employed specialist in biotech. Then I took a loan and launched my own small business. When selecting digital solutions, I didn’t think twice about MainEDC. It became an obvious choice and I was glad it didn’t make me break the bank. I believe it will remain relevant for many years ahead. Its developers took into account the main trends of data management. The only disadvantage is that the settings can be too intricate.

Pros: Is equally efficient for dms, scientists and managers.
This platform is for supervising complex projects.

Cons: Your boss might fail to understand the potential of MainEDC until the staff begins to work with it.

Overall: I’m a project manager. I convinced my employer to try MainEDC. Initially, top managers failed to grasp the potential of this platform. They perceived it as a slightly modernized variation of the software that we were already using. Finally, I convinced them that this platform is much better for supervising complex projects. It ensures higher performance and boosts sponsors satisfaction.
I recommend organizing group training for all staff members as soon as you switch to MainEDC.

If you lack experience in using such platforms, you’d better start with a simpler one. The target audience of MainEDC is people who already know the basics of CDM.

Overall: I’ve read on the Internet that MainEDC can speed up clinical trials. That was exactly what we needed. I was somehow skeptical but I discussed the matter with my team and we decided to try this one. Eventually, we indeed conducted the trial faster than expected. We also appreciated the 24/7 English-speaking support.

Pros: Helpful in every detail. The platform helps to solve a lot of problems when creating projects. We are very happy.

Even this casual task was so nicely organized that I appreciated the comfort of using the app. I spent three hours and it wasn’t enough to familiarize myself with its full functionality. I informed my managers about this solution and eventually we switched to it in 2 trials.

We can not single out any shortcomings of this platform, I hope it will continue to be so.

Overall: Our company used to be a leader in its local niche. A couple of years ago, we started to gradually lose our positions while some of our competitors attracted large investments and others made a breakthrough. We began to think about ways of modernizing our business and MainEDC became one of the elements of it. Together with the other measures that we took, it allowed us to maintain our market position. It positively affected both our relationships with customers and our daily work.

Pros: Is flexible and provides space for experimentation. The result is cost efficiency and high customer satisfaction. The interface is sleek. Study control is amazing.

Overall: Compared to the platform that we used before, MainEDC enabled us to cut down expenses by 40%. We suspect we can achieve even more by the end of the year. Overall: Some time ago our company profitability began to decline. We couldn’t understand why because we had the same strong team. We started to search for tools to overcome this issue and we came across MainEDC. It really helps to better structure and present the data. It becomes easier to explain things to customers and partners. They find MainEDC highly trustworthy because it accentuates our expertise.

Overall: We began to use MainEDC as it is. It turned out to be a helpful and reliable platform. Soon, we found out that we could ask the support to customize in a way that we couldn’t do ourselves. We used this option — even though we could go on without such next-level customization. The support team understood what we needed from the first attempt and asked smart questions to double-check a few nuances. Customization allowed us to save even more time for our staff members. This, in turn, increased our income.

Pros: Genuinely helpful, a lot of pharma businesses use it, good at automated medical coding. We are satisfied.

Cons: We have completed only a handful of trials in MainEDC and none of them was particularly large or complex. We don’t know how it deals with more challenging projects.

Overall: Before I bought MainEDC, I double-checked all the information about it. It seems that all or at least most facts are true. It’s not an overestimation that 7 out of 10 Big Pharma businesses use it. I was especially curious about this statement: “It’s the first market solution based on AI for automated medical coding”. I’m not sure if it’s the first one ever — of the first that became a commercial success. Nevertheless, MainEDC is very good at automated medical coding.

Pros: Can handle trials of 63,000+ subjects (maybe even more, I don’t know its highest capacity limit)...

Cons: The platform might slow down when processing large amounts of data at the stage of export and where neural networks are needed (medical coding and working with personal data).

Overall: The larger the trial, the higher the chances that something will go wrong. In the worst case, everything will go wrong… Our largest trial involved 63,000+ subjects. MainEDC processed it effortlessly! Not a single bit of data was lost. The speed of work was slightly slower than when processing smaller amounts of information. But this disadvantage didn’t have a crucial impact on our work. We met all the deadlines.

Pros: First of all, I want to praise the advanced IWRS system. For me, it’s the most important competitive edge of MainEDC.
Suitable for international projects and complex research.

Cons: I think DM365 needs to add functions to mainPACS and mainStorage. Developers promised. We are waiting :)

Overall: If you need to automate drug management, pay attention to this platform. I must admit I haven’t explored the full scope of the MainEDC features yet. This is because most of our projects share a lot in common and have largely identical demands.

Pros: Maximum security of data and high performance.
I’m grateful to the MainEDC creators for coming up with a nice way of building ePRO and eCRF forms. Randomization is very well done too. Log pads of trial subjects are more convenient to work with than on other platforms.

Overall: In my practice, I use ready-made templates around 50% of the time and the other 50%, I create custom ones with the drag-and-drop designer. To sum it up, I’m pretty much satisfied.

Its creators understand the researchers’ needs and offer excellent validation and randomization features. On the flip side, you should be as attentive to settings as possible. If you amend just one detail, it can affect outcome.

Cons: Maybe, there are some shortcomings related to conducting research but we haven’t discovered them yet.

Overall: We don’t actually need a platform as rich in features as MainEDC. We switched to it primarily because of its price, high security level and clean, modern interface. We sincerely recommend MainEDC for trials. Its flexible settings make it suitable for any type of project.
However, what we appreciate the most is the automated drug supply management functionality. We use it regularly and it has never let us down.

Pros: Decent selection of tools and templates.
The thing is that usually solutions of this type are business-oriented and others are science-oriented. MainEDC bridges this gap and caters well to both.

Cons: Never miss training sessions! Otherwise, it might be tricky to figure out how selected features function.

Overall: I like how easy it is to define study roles as well as to monitor the survey progress and results. It’s good that you can upload data to different formats. In general, MainEDC makes trials faster and more transparent.

Pros: Innovative in certain aspects and has every feature you may need. In general, we are very pleased that we chose this platform.

Cons: Requires understanding of Clinical Data Management.

Overall: Initially, we were considering two platforms: MainEDC and another one. It was a tie but we opted for the first because it was newer. Previously, we already had issues with outdated software and we didn’t want to repeat the same mistake. MainEDC turned out to be a real thing! It offers much more than we could even think of.
At the same time, using it may be a little bit tricky as selected features are not too evident. To benefit from others, you have to think about the settings.

Pros: Helpful, functional, modern and easy to use, logical and structured product. I like this platform.

Cons: Might seem sophisticated at first but it’s just an illusion.

Overall: First, I learned to use MainEDC myself. Now, I teach others how to handle it. To some people, it seems sophisticated. But for me, it seems just as intuitive now as Microsoft Office or Google Drive. It’s a very logical and structured product. There is nothing perplexing or irrational about it. It makes the life of DMs more organized and productive. Data management is a crucial skill for this niche and MainEDC is an excellent platform to hone it.

Pros: As already mentioned, the analytics and reports are easy to understand. You can pick out of many metrics and features and find the ones that will suit your job. We saw real progress with the study and were fascinated by how much quicker the data processing has gotten. The cost is not that big, especially considering how much quicker the work becomes.

Cons: No, I'm really love this platform. Everything is fine.

Overall: A must-have program for those, who want to optimise their research and do it at a reasonable price.

Pros: Thanks to Data Management 365 our processes became much smoother. You can tell that a lot of time and effort have been put into making the MainEDC platform a great tool in any medicine-related research. We did not only CT but also Post-Marketing etc. I like drag and drop CRF Builder, it's fun to use.

Cons: The platform is a bit overloaded with all the different features, so it might be a bit difficult to get the hang of it at the very beginning.This is the price for the fact that on the same platform you can do a small study and a huge.

Overall: A great help in trials clearly created using feedback from medical professionals. A bit too many features, maybe it’s possible to make it so that you only see the options you need for your work.I recommend that you don't buy everything at once, but a version to suit your needs.

Pros: Decent operating speed and rich functionality. After you properly configure all the settings, the system becomes very easy to use.

Cons: I wouldn’t mind having even more extensive customization opportunities

Overall: The first task that I completed in MainEDC was to create individual registration cards. It can be a tedious process — but this system makes it a bit smoother than usual. Then, I configured all these cards. At that stage, I already realized I liked MainEDC. Over 30% of our projects are large-scale. They involve dozens of thousands of subjects and last for several years. MainEDC streamlines processes and lets us receive the results faster.
