Pros: It's simple, no setup or installation is required. Probably the only solution offering unlimited contact storage for free. And the support team is excellent.

Cons: It does not have a built-in SMTP server, we have to use amazonSES for that.

Overall: After a couple of years of use, I found it excellent and highly I recommend it to people with a big email list who does not want to spend all their money on only sending newsletters.
