The MYKI app does not store your passwords in the cloud, making it very difficult for hackers to gain access to your data. MYKI seamlessly syncs P2P between devices that you install the MYKI app on. You no longer need to create, manage and remember a master password anymore. Use your fingerprint, Face ID or a pin code to access the MYKI app. MYKI can securely store and fill your two-factor authentication tokens while you browse, without compromising convenience.

    "Unreliable and unintuitive"

    Pros: Browser extensions work well most of the time and the syncing across devices has been seamless. It definitely ticks the boxes for a password manager that is not storing data in the cloud. Having inbuilt 2FA has been helpful.

    Cons: The first thing I noticed is that Myki is always there. It becomes quite intrusive when trying to use webforms and will occasionally recognise non-password fields as passwords. The various browser extensions and the Myki app are not always intuitive to navigate, and features seem to differ between versions. There are small quirks that just make it feel difficult to use, such as password lists always jumping back to the beginning when you go in and out of the browser extension for both your username and password.

    Overall: I have given Myki a good go, having used it as my main password manager for 5 months, however the number of small inconveniences that are present have led me to look for an alternative.

    Pros: MYKI is available on cross-platform, gives ease to access password on computer and mobile simultaneously.
    Password storage vault is secure and 2FA account protection.
    Offline password access.

    Cons: In my experience, I never encountered any problem.

    Overall: Managing and remembering passwords is a big task for me. For this, I use the MYKI password manager to store my passwords in a safe vault. The passwords are cloud-synced and easily accessible on desktop and mobile simultaneously.

    Easy to setup and use
    Available as browser extensions - use from any device
    Works as as 2 FA Authenticator
    Works offline
    Secure with good privacy features
    Available free for personal use

    Cons: It just works great as a offline password manager and authenticator and is a viable alternative for more popular tools like LastPass.

    Overall: MYKI is an excellent password manager which can double as an authenticator. It works offline and stores passwords on your device, making it more secure. It is available free for personal use and has browser extensions as well as mobile app, making it a recommended choice.
