    Pros: Looker has been for my colleagues and me a data analysis solution that has allowed us to rethink business intelligence and the management of data visualizations. We have also liked its reporting and dashboarding capabilities in various departments.

    Cons: Looker has very few cons on our side; among them is that it has some limitations on visualizations. However, the customer support team has been very responsive when these have arisen.

    Overall: Among the benefits we have realized with the acquisition of Looker is that it helps synchronize departments using the same data; the ease of configuring reports, these reports are created based on the data flow sources, plus the excellent job it does in terms of visualizations and graphical creations.
