    "Excellent Guest Management System"

    Pros: It has helped with our guest management by creating a system that's enjoyable to use for both the employee and guest experience. Employees can quickly schedule their own appointments with guests and be notified of their arrival, allowing guests to be better attended to. On the guest side of things, Lobbytrack has allowed for a quicker check in process that can autofill vital information for returning guests and automatically print their badges to assure building access. Furthermore, the Lobbytrack customer service has been excellent. They quickly address any issues or questions we may have.

    Cons: One thing we wish we could change about Lobbytrack is its compatibility with more types of wireless printers. We use Zebra for ours but would prefer to be able to use a higher quality printer for badge printing but have been limited to what Lobbytrack is compatible with. It's a minor inconvenience, yet something that could be improved upon in the future.

    Overall: Our organization has been very pleased with the Lobbytrack. Their software is extremely simple and adaptable to use, while displaying a very sleek design. We have also enjoyed working alongside the company of Lobbytrack itself. They're always looking our for the customer to assure the greatest experience with Lobbytrack. We look forward to continuing with their software for all our guest experience needs.

    "Lobbytrack for Education"

    Pros: We loved that all we needed was an iPad or tablet in order to utilize the software. It was super easy to set up and we could have everyone loaded and ready to go in under an hour! It took longer to install the printer than the employees. We are using a laptop as a kiosk for singing in, and teachers just scan their badge when they get to school for the day. The secretary absolutely loves the reports because it shows how many people were on campus, what time they left and for how long everyone was here.

    Cons: When I first started looking At the product, I was able to add email addresses to employees. However, when I went to update people for this school year that was no longer an option. We haven't deployed the employee app yet because the learning curve is a bit steep for organizing visitors, but I think once they get an initial training it will be super easy for them to set up conferences and visitations with parents.

    Overall: We started looking for a way to track employees virtually without using a Google form right as the pandemic started. Unfortunately, during covid, several staff members would FIB about their time on campus or working with students. our secretary was so frustrated. We also looked at several other online programs but most required a dedicated computer and needing to buy special fobs or special cards. Enter Lobby track. It's been great. it hasn't required anything other than an iPad loaded in kiosk mode and printed and laminated QR codes.

    "An A+ to Lobbytrack for high school visitor management."

    Pros: 1. It's intuitive, where people with basic computer skills are able to use any of the Lobbytrack apps (Guard, Employee, Lobby) in 30 minutes.
    2. It gives Security the ability to know visitors statuses, get an attendance report, send alerts to all visitors during emergencies and evacuations.
    3. Works with Windows and OS X platforms.
    4. Has advanced Security features
    5. SSO / AD support.
    6. Very quick setup and deployment (took less than 5 days!).

    Cons: This is one of the few products that didn't have any Cons. While the website said it didn't support OS X, during my training to staff I found out the Lobbytrack apps are available on the Apple Store

    Overall: Prior to my arrival as Executive Director of IT for Mater Dei, the school was using Microsoft Outlook calendar for managing visitors, something Outlook is not really built for and didn't meet our needs, especially for our Security department. My department found Lobbytrack as a replacement and we immediately began to run validation testing before pitching it to our Office and Security staff. Feedback showed Lobbytrack "checked all the boxes". After training the stakeholders, it was installed and deployed in parallel with our existing Outlook visitor calendar. A week later, everyone who had been using the Outlook calendar for years have now moved to using Lobbytrack exclusively.
