"A very influential social network within the business field."

    Posted 2023-02-21

Pros: The LinkedIn social network is impressive for anyone who wants to position themselves within any type of industry, mainly because being social allows you to connect with various employees or people who are close to your job and your company, as well as the sector. where do you work. What I like the most is this platform that allows you to make unlimited connections with any type of person, you can use the search engine of this social network and get the profile of any person around the world, you can send a request to connect a conversation with that person in a matter of minutes. In addition, with the help of LinkedIn you can create a professional profile and it will allow you to get better job offers and also better opportunities in the labor sector, you can create a completely complete profile, where you can insert all the previous experiences you have had since you started working , as well as you can register all the studies you have had throughout your life, you can also register various courses or skills that you have as a person, I really love being able to create such a complete profile. In addition, the Chat system works in real time, which greatly favors when communicating with your colleagues or with specific people, you can send and receive messages fluidly, the Chat system allows you to store the number of messages that you you want, you can talk to several people at the same time.

Cons: One of the negative things that I have noticed within this social network is the loading time it has for each of the sections. I have noticed that to load the main section of this platform, the process takes a couple of seconds, despite I have a good Internet connection and I have a good computer, the loading process of the main news page takes a considerable time to load correctly, in addition, the selection of people's profiles and my work profile also takes some time. time to load correctly, so I consider that the main feature that should be improved within LinkedIn is the loading time within the different sections of the platform. Another of the negative things that can be seen on this platform is that there are many fake accounts, therefore, you will have to be careful when connecting with some people or when having a conversation with a group of people, you will have to Be very careful to verify if the person you are talking to or the person who is offering you some kind of offer is real or is looking to harm you via this social network.

Overall: Using LinkedIn has become a very essential solution for both me and most of our employees, since we have been able to register our company correctly, we have been able to register all our employees, so that we can have an individual section where we can have a conversation as a work team or as a company in general, sharing immediate news within this section. The LinkedIn social network has helped me a lot to be able to connect professionals with my voice, both within my real estate sector and within other sectors around the world. I consider that the main adaptation process was simple and in a couple of days I was able to correctly adapt all the sections of this social network, in addition, using LinkedIn has opened doors for me all over the world, since I have been able to get a job opportunity . LinkedIn has made it possible for me to connect directly with each of my colleagues within my company, send and receive messages with each one of them immediately, in addition, it has allowed me to share important information within my news section, to be able to interact with each of my colleagues, react to posts, comment on posts or share them.

    "Complete social platform for professionals."

    Edited 2022-12-22

Pros: + It is very complete for the creation of a professional profile, it is not only used to create a kind of resume that looks like a social network, but it is also used to post jobs and create a business profile. Regarding personal profiles, it has an endless number of tools to use that allow you to add in detail each experience obtained, so many courses, volunteering, add certificates and much more.

+ The profile validation system is the best thing that this platform has, it allows me to have a better idea about the candidate to understand what their true strengths are through those commented by previous employers. The best thing about this feature is that it shows when that comment or skill validation has been made, it gives me an idea if your experience is a long time ago. I like the way LinkedIn created this tool for both employer and employee endorsements.

+ Instant messages are very simple but complete in order to carry out a clear conversation between employee and employer. I see it as one more complement to maintain communication, however, it is more efficient than using email since you can chat instantly without so many setbacks. Also in the event that the person is not connected, they will receive an email about the pending messages they have in their inbox, so the lack of communication is what they do not have since they have the tool for effective communication instantly.

+ What every social network should have is who reviewed a profile and this platform has it, it is also very useful for people who are looking for a job and thus know who has been interested in their professional profile and how many of those visits to their profile they have obtained job offers. It is simply useful since it allows you to measure the impact of a LinkedIn profile by allowing the user to improve their profile through the impact caused by their career path and how much experience counts.

+ A number of courses are available which can be taken in order to obtain skills and in turn be able to validate the skills that you currently have within your profile. This has been very useful to me and to several workers and co-workers since it has allowed us to modernize certain areas of the work that had a little rusty over time since everything has changed very quickly.

Cons: - There is a big negative side of this platform for job seekers and that is that the activity is public regardless of whether you have a privacy setting for the activity on LinkedIn. I frame this feature as a negative point for job seekers because if there is something that a candidate has interacted with (comment, post, share) and a company does not like that type of content, they will simply be rejected despite having good skills and experience. labor. I think freedom of expression is very important and people shouldn't always be judged for their way of thinking, I would prefer this to be private as before which only connections had access to a profile's activities. In general, it does not bother me, but it has harmed certain employees within my company, which I have had to reconsider since it is something unfair, because there are only two options, having a private profile or having a public profile which limits much to comment, like, post or share, since that would harm the future to find a job.

    - The monthly cost of the Premium feature is very high, making it more profitable to search for employees within another platform. Although the features offered by the Premium plan have been very useful to me, I consider that if you are not a worker who dedicates himself to extensive recruitment work, then it may be a waste of money. Because if you don't often post jobs or look for professional staff, I don't see much use in having an expensive plan that I'm not going to use.

    - The amount of spam that LinkedIn messaging has is overwhelming, too many scammers or people looking to sell you something. It's very annoying that LinkedIn doesn't solve this. I don't understand how real looking profiles with lots of connections and supposed extensive work experience are offering me something for sale, it's annoying. I wish you could filter these conversations or improve LinkedIn for verification so I know if it's a real person behind the screen or just a scammer wasting my time.

Overall: With this platform I have been able to find good profiles of possible candidates for the jobs that I have published in my company. With the Premium feature I have been able to boost recruitment for my company since the classic version of this platform is very limited when it comes to posting jobs and viewing profiles as it has a limit of people whose profiles I can investigate to know your work history. With LinkedIn I have been able to be in a community of businessmen which has helped me and my company to exploit the best qualities and also to be able to expand thanks to the fact that I have obtained good results by obtaining trained professionals in the work areas that my company demands the most. .

I have been able to receive ratings on the experience that my company has given to an employee and in turn I have been able to honestly provide the quality of work that a job has had during his period in which he was within the company. Thus, it has been possible to leave feedback from both my company and the employee, allowing bilateral growth for both parties. In general, when I want to recruit someone, I always require a well-prepared LinkedIn profile to see their current status regarding the experience they have in a certain area of work. In case of not having it, I have been able to help employees grow within a work environment. healthy and responsible, allowing me to obtain experience through my company according to how an employee has performed.

"Optimal social network to improve the connection between employees and colleagues."

    Posted 2022-12-07

Pros: LinkedIn is a social network that has become a primary mechanism so that everyone in this company can interact and share all kinds of opinions and ideas with different companies or people close to our business environment, LinkedIn is being used by more than 1,000 employees in The entire real estate company, I really love the fact that the vast majority of employees have chosen to use this social network to interact with other colleagues in the company. Next, we will mention positive characteristics that this social network has:

    - The main positive point of this social network is that it allows you to share all kinds of posts, react to posts, make comments, attach images or Videos to each comment and also allows you to insert various Gifs in posts or comments. I really love the post creation modality, this platform has very professional tools to create a quite optimal post, you can add various text fonts to each post, also, you can add various emojis to the post and you can also insert various images I really love being able to create a fairly complete publication thanks to the creation tools that this social network offers me.

    - The second positive thing that has social interest is that it allows me to create a fairly complete employee profile, in which I can insert all kinds of education that I have had throughout my life, in addition, I can also add the various jobs that I have I had during all these years, no matter what company I worked for, I can still register it within this employee profile, also, I really love the fact that there is currently a registry of the vast majority of companies around the world. world within this social network, since I can easily write the name of my company and select it since it is registered on LinkedIn. I really loved the great way you can customize my employee profile, you were able to add a complete description of my work, my knowledge and my business journey, as well as I was able to connect with other people and view their employee profile.

    - The third feature that I like about this social network is the premium plan, since this premium plan allows me to access the visualization of the skills that my company has, as well as it allows me to access the functions of recruiting new employees, These functions are very important to maintain a correct recruitment of new candidates for my company, in addition, I love that the private browsing function is included in the premium plan, since I can view various profiles of some people and the platform in no time inform that person that I viewed that profile, I really love private browsing and it allows me to view any profile without leaving traces. In addition, I love that this platform offers me a function to control sales, it works for you it allows me to get a large quality clients for my company, depending on the services offered, I love this function because of the ease it uses to generate sales in Sales Navigator.

    - The fourth feature that I like about this pre social is that it has a section to incorporate only the employees of your company, within this section you can share publications with your employees, in addition, you will also have access to a Chat in real time, which will help you communicate with your work network easily. I really love this section of the social network, because it allows me to connect directly with each of my employees, I can share content directly with them, without anyone else having access to this content, and it also provides me with perfect security for each one of the publications that is shared within this work network.

    - The last feature that I liked about this social network is that it allows me to statistically view the details of each publication that I have created, how are these statistics I can perfectly understand the reach that my location has had, since it offers me advanced details about how many people have viewed my post, how many people have shared it, how many people have reacted to it, and how many people have shared this post outside of LinkedIn, I really love these stats as they give me a generalized study of the traffic or trajectory each Post created on LinkedIn.

Cons: LinkedIn is a social network that has become a great platform for us mainly because it helped us connect as a company, however, it is also very important to mention the negative characteristics of social interest, since not all the functions it offers are positive. . Next, the negative characteristics that it has are:

    - The main negative point of this platform is in relation to the two weights it has for each of the premium plans, there are currently three plans first within this platform, and each one has a really high price, it is important to highlight that each plan premium offers very advanced features to correctly display the social network, extend the display of your profile, have access to the recruitment functions for your company and also allows you to create your business space within the social network, there are many things that allow cousin plans of this social network, and that it has many benefits, however, I consider that it is very necessary that the prices are much lower. Currently, these high costs do not directly affect our company, mainly because each employee is responsible for paying their presence within this social network, however, we believe that we could save money if this platform were much more It is cheaper than current prices, it has many benefits but it is very necessary that prices decrease.

    - Another of the negative characteristics that this platform has is the high consumption within the browsers, I have used this social network within my mobile phone, and the experience that I have had is quite fluid, the application in general is capable of loading all the content in a fluid way, in addition, it has extensive compatibility with different versions of Android and with the vast majority of versions of iOS, for which I have no type of complaint with the smooth operation of the version for mobile devices, since my main problem is with the experience I've had with the web version, this social network behaves very slowly within browsers, when loading the content of the main page, this process can take up to more than five minutes, since the social network is quite heavy and the information loading process is very slow. In addition, on some occasions the social network is very slow when the details are modified les of the employee profile, which causes the user to take a long time to configure his profile correctly, I believe that this web version should be much more optimized and consume less computer resources.

    - The third negative characteristic of this social network is that currently, despite the fact that a large number of candidates can be achieved thanks to the personnel recruitment system included in the premium plan, I consider that it is very necessary to implement a function to improve the positioning of the vacancy announcement that you have recently created for your company, since on some occasions we create a vacancy to recruit staff for our marketing position or our sales sector, and it would be great to improve the positioning of this ad, it would be excellent to be able to pay more money to have our vacancy ad placed first than other similar adverts. This would help future candidates to apply more quickly to our ad since it ranks higher in job search results.

Overall: LinkedIn is a very important social network both for me and for the vast majority of employees throughout our company. It is a social network that has helped us create a section where we can interact as a company, we can share or create any type of content within of this social network, in addition, we can share content exclusively with employees incorporated into the work network. I really love the connection system that social has to be in, since it allows me to add or send connection requests to different people who are close to my company, in addition, this network connections function offers me recommendations depending on the connections that I have in common with other people, this helps me a lot since I can connect with people close to my work environment or my business area. I have been using LinkedIn for several years, currently my company is registered within this platform, and I feel very comfortable since this registration has allowed each of our employees to use this social network to interact with other colleagues, in addition, I will be social It has made it possible to significantly improve the quantity and quality of candidates we receive for business vacancies. Previously, it was quite a complicated process to get new candidates, however, after the implementation of this platform in our company, we have obtained more candidates in less In addition, over time, we have obtained candidate acts, since by simply correctly reviewing the information that each of the candidates has in the profile, we can assign an appointment or a scheduled interview within this same platform. It allows us to schedule appointments or interviews for specific dates and send the invitation directly to the candidates. Without a doubt, this platform is perfect for the business field and to improve the service for hiring new candidates.

"LinkedIn improves the interaction between employees and allows the publication of content."

    Posted 2022-12-01

Pros: LinkedIn has been a very favorable platform for us mainly because it has helped us connect with our entire work team and be able to interact with each of our employees. One of the first things that I love about this social network is that it allows me to build my network of connections, this platform allows me to have a network and I can't add you to different people who come to my work environment, this rule function delete It allows me to add known people, interact with them, view their employee profile and much more, I really love this feature as I can choose which contacts will be in my network and thus be able to modify the content that appears in my feed. Another thing that I liked about this social network is that there is no limit to the number of posts I can create in a day, and it not only allows me to create posts, but also allows me to write and share articles with all my contacts, in addition, it allows me to make all kinds of reactions to publications, comment on publications of people who are within my work network and mention people in publications or in a comment. Another of the features that I liked about this social network is that it allows me to completely edit my work profile, and I can register all kinds of past experiences that I have had in jobs. In addition, it allows me to register all kinds of education that I have had in the course of the previous years, I also allow myself to register some courses that I have taken or the organizations to which I have belonged, I really love how I can build my work profile in a complete way, I can register all my work experience and the knowledge that I have in various work areas thanks to this LinkedIn profile.

Cons: One of the first negative things that I noticed about this social network is that in the free version you cannot see the visitors that you get within your work profile, this function is only available in the paid version and I consider that this is a point Negative since it would be excellent if any user could know exactly which person has recently viewed their profile, in addition, another of the negative things about this platform is that the premium plans are quite expensive, there are several plans available within this platform, there are plans for companies and there are also premium plans for individuals, however, all the plans that estaré social has offered have very high costs. In addition, the third negative thing about this platform is the high consumption that it has in the web version. I have downloaded the version for computers and it has worked wonderfully, as well as I have been delighted with the hope obtained from the version for mobile phones, however , the web version is quite heavy, it has a high consumption when it comes to loading all the information from the main page of publications, I consider that this is a problem since it slows down my computer a lot when opening the social network.

Overall: LinkedIn has been a social network that has been present in that company for approximately four years, I am very happy with the results provided by this social network, since it has allowed us to improve the interaction between all employees, as well as it has allowed us to create all kinds of publications within our work network and share them only with employees who are integrated into the work network. In addition, I will be social has also allowed us to create our personal brand within the social network, we have been able to register our company correctly, assign it a logo, share publications through that company and also interact with all the people who are interested in our services, we have been able to fully register our company within this social network without any problem. I really loved the general operation and the experience that this platform has brought me, this social network beats me very quickly, I fully understood how I should add new people to my work network, in addition, the process of creating publications, making comments or making labels of people was quite simple. I feel very comfortable using tarde social in another real estate company, mainly because it has helped us connect directly with each of the real estate agents in the company, as well as it has allowed them to use a network that we cannot communicate between employees, we can share posts directly and interact or have a discussion.

"Satisfactory experience of connectivity with people close to my company."

    Posted 2022-11-16

Pros: LinkedIn is a very complete social network, which is capable of offering you different tools to be able to work with my work team and connect with new people close to my business circle. One of the main things I liked about this social network is how complete it is when it comes to creating posts and commenting, this platform allows me to create posts with a large character limit, this helps me create very comprehensive posts with the content is quite extensive, in addition, it also allows me to add various images or videos to complement my publication. I really loved the statistics session in which I can know exactly the reach that each publication I have made has had, I can check the reach with respect to the public obtained thanks to each publication made on my profile. Another of the things that I liked about this social network is that it allows me to create a fairly complete profile, in which I can find different attitudes, former employees, the education that I have had over the years, the courses that I have taken, the companies, organizations that I have created and many more things, it also allows me to add the charitable causes in which I have participated, I really feel very satisfied with having completed my profile is brutality and having created a profile that serves as a resume when applying for some job.

Cons: One of the main things that would improve within this platform is the self-consumption that it has on the various computers, it is important to highlight that the consumption of the mobile phone application is really minimal, it does not have a high consumption, but when opening this social network within of each browser, the consumption is quite high, causing the social network It takes a long time to load correctly, it also takes a long time to load new posts from my home page, I consider that the consumption within each browser should be much more minimal to achieve open social network easily. In addition, another of the negative things about this social network is that it is used in the free version, you will not be able to know which people have viewed your profile, this is a quite necessary mechanism or function for new users, I consider that Any user would like to know who is checking their profile, I think this feature should be free.

Overall: Despite the consumption of LinkedIn within browsers and quite high, which directly affects the user experience, I still consider that this social network is quite complete and that it helps a lot to develop and develop a good business environment, I loved it very much and social, I consider that it has allowed me to connect with various people who come to my business circle, in addition, making these connections has given me many business opportunities, obtaining various services thanks to those connections. I really enjoyed the experience gained, I consider that LinkedIn has been a fairly easy-to-use social network, it has allowed me to modify my entire profile in a simple way, in addition, I have been able to conceive my social circle thanks to the connection service, in which that I can connect with the people who are closest to my work environment. I hope to continue using this platform with many more years within my financial services company, since I have been able to connect with various companies interested in my services, and also with new clients, this social network has allowed me to expand the services of our company.

"Very simple way to connect with new professionals and get clients."

    Posted 2022-10-26

Pros: LinkedIn is an incredible social network, with the help of this platform you can connect with your closest colleagues, as well as with people who help you improve your business environment, with the help of this platform you can meet many professional people, who have previous experience in 500 companies, in addition, you will be able to communicate and interact with each of them with just a few simple steps. This platform has helped me a lot to connect with my work team and with many more professionals. Next, I will mention the positive things that this platform has.

1.- One of the main things that I liked about this social network is that I can interact in an unlimited way, no matter how many publications I have created during a specific day, in the same way the social network will allow me to create all the publications that I want, In addition, I can interact with my work team, make all kinds of comments without any restrictions regarding the words I can write or the number of comments I can post. This is one of the things that has caught my attention the most, since you can interact with my work team and with much more professionals without any type of limit, there is no type of function that regulates the number of publications that you can make inside from the main page of my connections.

2.- Another of the things that I liked about this social network is that it allows me to add an unlimited number of jobs that I have had in the past, my work experience has been quite extensive, I have worked in various companies and I have had various jobs, therefore, being able to add past jobs in an unlimited way has helped me a lot, since I have been able to correctly build my business profile, so that my connections can visualize the amount of work I have had, as well as benefiting me a lot When contacting a professional, since you can see my extremely complete profile, it is important to note that you can also add the number of studies you have had, as well as the number of courses or specialties you have done during the course, in an unlimited way. all your life.

3.- The third thing that I loved from social is the application for mobile devices, currently, I have two mobile devices in which I have this application installed, and I must admit that this application has helped me to maintain communication and interact constantly with all my work team without needing to use my computer, this application is very well built, and enough, use it, you can access the main page of publications, make comments, access your profile section and modify all kinds of works or education you have had and much more, this application has all the necessary functions so that you can have a complete experience and can successfully enjoy the social network.

4.- Another of the positive things that this platform has is that there is no type of limit on the number of connections you can have within your profile, it is important to highlight that when you send many connection requests on a specific day, this function it can be blocked for a few days until your account returns to normal, this is done as a security mechanism. However, despite having that limitation of sending with daily missions, in the same way there is no type of limit when it comes to having more than 1000 connections in your profile, this helps a lot since you can build your own business network, with the people you know best, You can also add colleagues close to your work and much more.

5.- The last thing that I loved about this platform is that it allows me to visualize in real time the traffic or the reception that a publication that I have made has had, just by accessing the details of each publication that I have previously created, I can visualize in a complete and statistical way the number of people who have viewed the publication, I can also see the number of times it has been shared and the number of times with which each user has interacted with it. This section of the platform allows me to statistically visualize the progress that the number of views my publications have had, this function is very important since it helps me to statistically understand the progress obtained.

Cons: LinkedIn is a social network that is very worthwhile, the vast majority of its functions help me to build a work environment that allows you to connect with professionals close to your location. However, even though this platform has a lot of positive features, it also has negative features. Next, we will mention the negative things that this platform has.

1.- If you want to stand out or stand out when it comes to getting a job, you have to pay a premium plan, there is no way to apply within this platform so that you can get some type of job, so that you can achieve that you have to get a plan of payment, in this way you will be an outstanding candidate, and it would increase the possibilities that a company agrees to hire you. I believe that this platform should allow all types of candidates to obtain a job within LinkedIn without having to pay a subscription. In addition, this would help many people to more easily find the job they want so much. I do not consider the fact that a fee is charged so that the person can position their hiring form, this should be free since I will be social when it comes to companies, and it should allow many users to interact with companies and get me quickly without paying anything.

2.- There is a function within LinkedIn which allows LinkedIn to give you a validation for a specific aptitude, however, this function does not work correctly, since on some occasions I have tried or that in this validation for some of my skills and I have not been successful, I have selected the correct answers for each of the questions that I have been asked, however, the platform has automatically marked some answers as incorrect, I consider that the answers for each of the questions asked to obtain a validation should be much more optimal and precise, since currently they are not, causing some people like me to have a validation plate for an attitude.

3.- Another of the negative things about this platform is its high consumption within the version for computers. At the time of opening this social network, I have noticed that it takes a long time to load all the information that is inside it, and it also takes a long time if there are many publications to load, which is why this causes the browser to consume much more resources within the computer. Due to this, I recommend that social be used only on a computer that has a good capacity to withstand the high consumption of this social network, since I have tried to use it on computers in another company that do not have very good characteristics, and I have had a bad experience, as the web has suddenly stopped due to high consumption.

Overall: LinkedIn is a very powerful social network, the main reason why I started using it in another company was because we needed a service that would help us connect with much more professionals, as well as we need a service that would help us promote all our services. the company to partially obtain many more sales, this platform gave us a place where we were able to connect with much more professionals and obtain many more clients, I must admit that I am not quite comfortable, as I mentioned previously, October quite comfortable experience in the version for computers, as well as the version for mobile devices. In the field of sales, this platform was very helpful to me, since it can promote each of the services that we offer in our real estate company, in this way we obtained much more potential clients who were interested in our services, and this helped us to improve our large-scale sales, it is important to highlight that to obtain access to this sales section on LinkedIn, you must have a paid subscription, the prices of these plans are fully accessible, since it is a social network that will help you boost your sales and you will get a good return on investment. I plan to continue using this platform for many more years as it helps me maintain my connection with our work team and also helps me connect with new clients and create a very interactive business network.

"A social network that will allow you to build your connection network and interact without limits."

    Posted 2022-10-07

Pros: LinkedIn is a very powerful social network that allows various employees to interact with each other and share ideas, this platform also helps various employees to create publications and share them with their work group. The main thing that I like about this Social Network is the way in which I can interact, there are many ways to interact, within this platform I can relate to various publications, make all kinds of comments, whether they are text-only comments or comments with a accompanied image, in addition, I can also share publications in my Feed and all the connections that I have will be able to visualize it. Another thing that I like about this social network is the way in which I can customize the environment of friends, for example, I can customize my network, I can eliminate connections with an employee and I will never see any interaction with that person, I can add new connections whenever you want, there is no kind of limit regarding the connections you can add within my account in this social network, so you can expand the entire network of my account without caring about any kind of limit. I also love that there is no type of text limit when creating posts, which allows me to write anything I want, long posts or an article to share with my work network.

Cons: One of the main things that have to be improved within this Social Network is with regard to how slow it works on computers, in addition, I have noticed that the consumption within the version for computers is quite high, when you are going to open it for the first time Once this Social Network is inside your browser, it takes a long time to load the Feed correctly, so I recommend that you use a good computer and a good internet connection to speed up the loading process of the main page. The second negative thing about this platform is that there is no function to limit the number of people who can add validations to the Skills of your profile, there is no way to approve those validations, anyone who is in your connection list, you will be able to validate your Skills without prior approval, It is very important that simply an approval system, since it has happened to me that on several occasions some people validate my Skills without ever having worked with me or without even knowing me, that is truly annoying.

Overall: LinkedIn has become the company's number one social network, the benefits that this platform brings to our company are much more collaborative and I have a much greater interaction, it was quite difficult to connect with our employees before, we have various sectors of our company and various offices, so it was quite a difficult task for us the fact that all employees interact with each other and can share ideas, until we discovered LinkedIn, we quickly implemented it in our company and in the first week we began to notice the results. Currently, I admit that the experience I have obtained has been quite good, we have shared all kinds of publications within our Connection Network on LinkedIn, in addition, we can make all kinds of comments and share opinions in a matter of seconds and without limits, this network social works great and allows you to create your profile that works like a resume, when looking for some kind of job within the social network. I am very grateful to this platform for allowing me to connect the vast majority of these employees.

"The best social network that currently exists to strengthen the moral rule of your company, and allow colleagues to interact."

    Posted 2022-08-05

Pros: Having a social network that helps you connect with your business sector helps a lot because you can have an interaction with all your employees, as well as you can interact with people who are close to your work sector, for example, if you work in the industry of finance, you can find colleagues who are working in a finance company different from yours, to exchange ideas and solutions. LinkedIn is too perfect a Social Network, its ability to connect to various work networks is incredible, it is being used by all areas of our company, as the main Social Network to discuss, share ideas and publications. The most outstanding positive aspects of LinkedIn are:

1.- Within this platform you can create all kinds of publications in a matter of seconds, also within the publications you can insert several images to accompany it, or a representative video, it is important to mention that there is no type of limit regarding the publications that you can make, Also, the publications can be made within the main panel of the platform, but you can also create publications within your moral rule, just by entering the moral rule section, only people who incorporate companies will be able to view that publication, that is a quite private section in which only employees can access and you can also create publications without any type of limit.

2.- I love the efficient way in which I can connect with all kinds of people as many times as you want, however, it is also important to mention that if you send many connection requests daily, there may be a temporary block in your account where you can't connect with more people for a certain time, this block usually lasts a few days. However, the connection system is quite solid and positive for any user, you can add all kinds of people to your moral rule, share ideas, have online debates or share opinions, you can delete or add the person you want in question of seconds.

3.- The LinkedIn application for mobile devices is also a positive feature, this application occupies very little space on the mobile device and helps you to be connected to your delete rule if you need to use your computer. This application has all the available functionalities, you can create publications within it, modify the contacts or connections you have within your network, create publications for your employees, send messages or receive them within your inbox and many other things. Moreover, you can do everything from this application, it is quite complete and helps you keep your work network active.

4.- I also love the way in which I can create an Online CV, in which I can add and delete the previous experiences that I have had in different companies, this CV works as a profile, in which everyone will have access and can view all the experiences that I have had previously, this profile is quite important for all users, having a solid profile with real experiences will help to have a better position within your work network. In addition, within this profile you can add the different attitudes you have as a person, the different knowledge or the courses you have taken at some point.

Cons: One of the main problems that you can face if you use this platform is that you come across fraudulent people or people who are not real, LinkedIn profiles usually do not request any type of identity verification, which is why there are many people who impersonate by other people and create fraudulent profiles, in order to steal money or do some other unscrupulous activity, my opinion is that this platform should reinforce to implement an identity verification system when all users register for the first time, this will help combat to fraudulent profiles. On several occasions I have noticed that some unknown people put in their profile that they work for our company, and this has also happened to some of my colleagues who own other companies, because as I mentioned previously there is no type of identity verification which causes fraudulent profiles to be constantly created. So if you plan to start using LinkedIn, you should take that precaution. Another of the negative things about this platform is that the web version takes a long time to load correctly, it is a fairly heavy web platform and it takes a long time to load despite having a good Internet connection and a good computer, I recommend downloading the application to computers and use your mobile version, that will help you connect quickly with your work network without having to wait so long or wait for the web version to load correctly.

Overall: LinkedIn is a software and social network that is really worthwhile, for all types of companies this platform is quite beneficial because it helps to connect the moral rule and helps employees to interact much more constantly, I am grateful to the results that this platform has provided during the authorization within my company, especially within my project work sector, it has been very useful, since all our colleagues have been able to interact and share ideas, as well as I have been able to share solutions within the same LinkedIn network. LinkedIn is a shower quite easy to use, when you register for the first time you can access all kinds of connections with various people who come to your company, as well as you can create publications without any limits, this is quite complete and It will help to have interactions much faster. In addition, using this software you will be able to interact and react to all kinds of publications, write comments without any type of restriction and share images with your colleagues in a matter of seconds. The messaging network offered by LinkedIn is also positive, it works in real time which helps all messages to be received in moments, and everything you send to another person has also been received in a matter of seconds. This platform is very well developed and I recommend it for any company, it is very useful.

    "Perfect Professional Platform "

    Posted 2022-07-27

Pros: LinkedIn has everything someone needs when it comes to their professional field. I love how the platform connects professionals across the world. I am a recruiter and also enjoy how I am able to connect with people for roles that I am hiring for instead of just relying on people seeing my job posts. The best part about LinkedIn is the support provided to everyone on the platform. I love when someone posts on LinkedIn how they are looking for a job whether that be because they are new to the work field or got laid off and immediately people step up to help!

Cons: The platform is very expensive to use if you are using it more than just an individual.

Overall: Overall, even with the expensive prices, LinkedIn helps recruiters, companies and individuals in their professional search.

"Main social use of our company to interact and meet more people in the workplace."

    Posted 2022-07-10

Pros: LinkedIn is the main social network that is being used by the vast majority of the employees of our company, in order to be able to connect within a work environment and to be able to connect with other companies, LinkedIn is a quite potential social network which helps us to maintain a fairly complete network of colleagues and acquaintances, having a business network within this social network helps us to grow as a business. One of the main things I liked about this social network are the following:

    - LinkedIn has a user profile section where each user can configure it and publish their job profile. This job profile works as a resume, where you can add and delete each of the previous work experiences during the various years. This section of the user profile is quite complete, because it also allows users to add various attitudes that they develop within their known work areas, you can also add various courses that you have taken during the time or collaborative activities that you have developed. In conclusion, this section helps users to define each of the things they have done throughout their lives, the work experience they have had and their participation in charitable causes or participation in courses for a specific topic.

    - LinkedIn is a fairly complete social network which allows me to make all kinds of publications and interact with various users, you can interact through actions or comments within various publications. The main section of LinkedIn is one of the things that I like the most, since it is configured to show me publications related to my work environment, it is only capable of showing me publications made by one of my connections or the companies that I follow from my account. This main news section within LinkedIn helps me to be able to interact much more often and to be aware of any news that is shared within my work environment.

    - I love the application for mobile devices and its general functionality within my phone, within this application I can perform all kinds of functions just like the version for computers and the web version, this application allows me to modify my user profile, interact posting, making posts or writing comments, this app also allows me to view the messages I have received in my inbox and I can reply to them immediately. This app is very well crafted, its overall functionality is amazing and it helps me stay connected to my work network without using my computer.

    - I love the private area that this social network LinkedIn provides me, this private area is the section in which I can only interact with the employees of my company. Just by accessing the section of my company I can interact and create publications to be viewed by people who belong to my company, this section is very important because we share privileged information.

Cons: Really during my experience I have not noticed any type of negative operation, all the functions that I enjoyed using LinkedIn developed wonderfully, none gave me a negative experience, however I will mention some things that can be improved within this Social Network, such as :

    - The payment rate for LinkedIn plans should be improved, LinkedIn has several plans which allow users to learn various things from the labor branches, however all those plans they offer are extremely expensive, and do not help users can access them at a much lower rate. My personal opinion is that they should create a much cheaper and more accessible learning plan for all users.

    - I would love to be able to receive a request when someone is trying to validate one of my attitudes. In my LinkedIn account I have noticed that some unknown people from my work network have tried to validate some of my attitudes without knowing me or having collaborated with me on some job, this is really a problem and can cause validations that they should not have. It is important for me to receive a request when someone is going to validate one of my attitudes, this would help maintain a much more comprehensive and truthful profile.

Overall: My general experience with LinkedIn has been positive at all times, I have noticed some things that can be optimized and those mentioned previously, but in reality I have not noticed any type of negative factor that directly affects my experience. The main reason why my general experience has been positive is because this social network has been helping our employees to connect much more often, in addition, while using this social network all employees can interact as many times as they want, it has a private section where they can interact with colleagues from the company, they can also enjoy a section or a section where they can interact with the people they have added to their work network, LinkedIn is a fairly complete software that directly benefits employees who use it, providing a system in which they can meet new people close to their work environment and can also interact with some companies that carry out activities similar to those they carry out. I am happy with the general use of LinkedIn within my company, almost all of our employees are using LinkedIn within our sales sector, with the main objective of obtaining many more clients and being able to interact much more widely. All our employees have a LinkedIn profile, this helps the previous experience and the work experience of so many years to be much more true for various people or business entities. I will continue to use LinkedIn within my company due to the great success we have had.

"An efficient social network that allows you to connect with nearby people."

    Posted 2022-05-12

Pros: I've been working at my current company for about 2 years, but I've been using LinkedIn for much longer. I have been using this great social network system for more than 5 years and the results have been noticeable in the way in which I diversify my social circle, it is a fairly complete social network where you can meet really valuable people who can help you have a better job performance. What I like the most about LinkedIn is that it allows me to interact in various ways, I can share various posts, react to the posts of my co-workers, make a comment on the post and much more, all from the same Feed. Another of the things that I like about this platform is that I can have stable conversations with people who are within my network, this is a very important positive factor since I can establish long conversations without any type of interruption, anyone can contact me to offer me a business or something else, everything can be done from LinkedIn chat. Finally, another thing that I loved about this platform is that I have a private feed where I can share posts specifically with my co-workers. Our company is registered on LinkedIn, so we have created our own work network on the social network and in this network we have been able to share publications between colleagues, we can interact privately and much more directly, this is one of the most important functions because it helps to maintain confidentiality on a large scale among a working group. In a nutshell, LinkedIn is great, it has a few minor negatives which I'll mention later, but it's really worth using in a business.

Cons: The main problem I have found with LinkedIn is that it is not a social network where I can limit the people who send me messages. Sometimes I accept connection requests from people I don't know but we have connections in common, however, they turn out to be fake spam accounts, which send me fraudulent messages to my inbox, it would be great to be able to limit new people on LinkedIn that they have fictitious profiles, they can send me direct messages, that would be really great and it would help make my experience more complete. Another thing that I did not like is that the LinkedIn App for mobile phones is not as optimized as it seems, it is really inconvenient to edit my own profile from this App, everything is very close together and the descriptions of my jobs are not reflected as it happens from the PC version. The mobile phone application lacks some details to be a comfortable App. So far, the Mobile App problem hasn't presented a serious problem for me or my company, as we continue to use the desktop version which we really like.

Overall: Despite the glitches we've had with the Mobile App and the inconvenience we've had using this App, we think we're having an amazing experience with the help of LinkedIn. My benefits with this social network come from long before, I have been using this social network for many years before starting to work in the company I am currently in, so the benefits I have had during all these years have been very notable, I have been able to socialize a lot more often, connect with people who contribute ideas to my work, in addition, I have done short jobs with people who contact me through this social network, since they see my work profile and can offer me new negotiations. Without a doubt I would recommend this platform for any company, this is a very easy to use service, you can interact with the people you want, you can modify the connections and eliminate people you don't want.

"Shut down from LinkedIn No Warning Nothing"

    Posted 2022-04-29

Pros: I have no pros everything about this app is a con. Having your account suspended or banned with no warning at all or a reason why is bad customer service all around.

Cons: My account was suspended. I contacted them the first time they did this to me. They said it was a mistake and reactivated my account. Then my account was suspended again. I can't even remember now I had about 10,000 people on my network and did a lot of business from there and poof went without a trace. I thought Facebook and Twitter were bad and then there is LinkedIn. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone out there at all.

Overall: Zero stars. Overall I have nothing good to say at all about this app. I still had people I was doing business things for and had no way to contact them or know who they were because it was all through this app and nowhere else.

"Direct involvement with all our employees."

    Posted 2022-04-22

Pros: LinkedIn has become our main source of information and a social network that for us goes beyond any other, it focuses on being able to connect various work structures and make the process of collaboration between various employees take place. There are several things that during my experience have been totally positive and that have made us have a successful performance, these characteristics were:

    1. I love the LinkedIn connections section, this section is completely functional for us since it allows us to correctly manage each of the people that we have aggregated in our network, in addition, when managing our network we can choose what type of content we want to have in our Feed, it is important to note that the content of our Feed will depend on the connections we have and what content those people share.

    2. I love the ease with which I can build and manage previous jobs that I have had throughout my business career. For me, this is the most important section of LinkedIn and it works perfectly, it allows me to build my profile in a CV system, in which everyone will be able to consult what jobs I have had and what branches of work I work in, it is fantastic to be able to have that amount of information on my LinkedIn profile.

    3. The App for mobile devices works perfectly, however, the connections section does not work correctly in this App, since when I send several invitations constantly, the people it shows me are bugged and continue to be reflected to send the invitation. invitation to connect, even when I have already sent it previously. I would recommend going through the connection process using the PC version.

    4. The validations section is quite important for me and it played an excellent role during the use of LinkedIn, the validations helped me to have proof of my knowledge. A lot of my coworkers and peers that I've worked with previously validated my skills and that was fantastic, it helped me grow in the LinkedIn network.

Cons: Mainly, in the LinkedIn App, the connection system must be optimized, since, as I mentioned previously, it fails when trying to connect several people consecutively, and this can directly affect the user experience in general. Another thing that I did not like about LinkedIn is the prices of the Learning plans, this plan offers learning services for a company as a whole, however, the prices are extremely high and this causes very few people to access it. plan on LinkedIn. The Learning plan offers very good services and features to develop new work strategies, but the prices must be more accessible for all users.

Overall: LinkedIn joined our company in order to provide us with a network where we could discuss various topics in general and so that our HR employees could hire quality people for a specific sector. LinkedIn allowed us to find quality people to carry out various activities in our company, in addition, it helped us grow our business network, adding people who are indirectly linked to our activities. We were able to connect with various people who are related to the real estate sector, in addition, it allowed us to enjoy commenting, reacting and making various publications without any limit. Our overall experience was amazing, quite comprehensive and we were given the opportunity to create a very interactive network with the participation of all our employees.

Pros: It's a great app to network and find business contacts within your industry. I also really enjoy the video and written content from industry leaders.

Cons: It takes a little while to set up your page with all the relevant content, but once you get a hang of it, it's pretty straight forward.

"Very complete social network with interactions and reactions."

    Posted 2022-02-15

Pros: LinkedIn is a very productive social network that helps to connect all kinds of employees, connect companies and achieve the interaction of various types of work. All employees of our company use LinkedIn in order to have a better presence when it comes to having a resume. One of the things I liked the most about LinkedIn are:

    - The profiles that each user has are innovative, the information on past jobs and current jobs are very attractive, capturing people's interest. The resume profile (resume) manages to have a better presence when looking for work.

    - It is a social network where you can share all kinds of publications with the work network. In our industry, LinkedIn has allowed our employees to interact more, share ideas, posts, and make comments that help them communicate.

    - Allows online validation of some of the skills registered in the profile. LinkedIn throws out a very short questionnaire to validate the aptitudes of each person.

    - The App for phones is quite complete, you can review any profile, make publications, see notifications from your work network and much more.

Cons: - The prices of the LinkedIn Premium plans are quite expensive, despite offering pleasant benefits that help you learn new things to improve your presence and your resume, I think that the prices could be lower.

    - It has annoying ads. On the right wall of LinkedIn there are always annoying ads that I don't like being there, and these ads are not removed even by subscribing to a LinkedIn paid plan.

    - In order to see who visits your profile, you must have a payment plan. In my opinion, this feature should be free to allow users to see who is visiting their profile, and be able to contact that person if needed.

Overall: In our company we use several social networks in order to increase our online presence and make us better known by people close to us. My experience with LinkedIn has been good, not perfect. This social network has allowed me to interact with my colleagues, connect with each one of them, see the past experience they have and learn more about the jobs they have previously had. LinkedIn has helped me get quality staff for the sector I'm in charge of, the sales sector, I can connect with people willing to work and who meet the requirements. In addition, it is a very complete social network, you can share all kinds of posts with your friends, make comments, react to posts and much more. I am satisfied with the results achieved with LinkedIn.

    "Super helpful when sourcing"

    Posted 2022-01-20

Pros: Everyone's information is right there and easy to view. Easy to navigate and super useful for technical talent and sourcing. Running Boolean searches on LinkedIn is intuitive and usually results in top tier talent.

Cons: Sometimes the activity feed can be hard to find. Only a fraction of the talent out there keeps their profile up to date.

Overall: Overall a decent platform for finding a lot of good talent. Integrates with Greenhouse easily and makes sourcing effective.
