    Cons: This Dashboard don't have any type of cons. All of them working well. Lead qualification is given in well formats.

    Overall: A lead qualified with the help of a phone number. And enhanced features with call transfers to redirection format.

    Pros: Started using it for our digital marketing site and love it so far. we had managed to increase conversions by 20%.

    Cons: Does not support outgoing calls.
    Their native integration with salesforce can be better
    need a mobile app.

    Overall: Great support and UX.
    Has tons of features.
    Has inbuilt calendar.
    Great voice quality and integration support.
