Pros: Its cloud based with remote access anywhere (no need for client)
Auto email functionality for all exceptions.Cons: Sometimes there are issues with CC and it is difficult to pin point if the issues are related to the system or CC integration.
Overall: I have Lightning POS in all my stores. It serves pretty good for all my liquor stores. I started with 2 and end up with all.

Pros: I love the customer service with this company. Tom walked me through the basics before the sale. His integrity is obvious. Aleyda is actually the best support person I have ever known. She is patient and professional and knowledgeable of her product. I really like the take over my computer option that Tom programmed in. I am tech challenged and was so easy for Aleyda to walk me through as she was on the actual page I was on.
Cons: There is absolutely nothing I did not like about this company. From setting up hardware to helping me learn the program, their professionalism has set a high bar for any other company. They always answer the phone!!!! I get to talk to a real person.
Overall: Setting up POS is trying. My experience with this company relived so much stress with their professional knowledge.

Pros: I liked how easy it was to convert the data from my old system. I like the being able to log in from an app on my cellphone and I like being able to login from any computer. The support staff is excellent.
Cons: Relies too heavily on the internet. Sometimes the bottle counts are off. Sales go through but the items are not removed from inventory.
Overall: The system is very easy to use and the support staff is always available and very good at what they do.

Pros: The program is easy and efficient to use, so ringing invoices and sending receipts to clients is a smooth process. It's also easy to reference and review client's purchase history, resend and/or reprint old invoices. The inventory management operation is well designed and multi-functional, which is a plus for all aspects of sales and distribution.
Cons: The program does not have a ship manager program, which would be beneficial to my company.
Overall: We have been using the Lightning POS for close to 10 years now, and I am very satisfied. No big problems. Any issues we do have are quickly resolved with a phone call to the service team, who are always supportive regardless of my issue.

Pros: Lightning Online POS has enabled our business to run in a more efficient manner. We could not operate without the customer service which is available to us at any time of day. They are pleasant, professional and nice to work with.
Cons: Credit card processing glitches occur from time to time but they address them and it is getting better.
Overall: Our experience has been a very positive one. We feel we are able to call with questions whenever we have any and we often recommend them to other businesses.

Pros: Computer Perfect is an amazing POS and an e-commerce system. It runs hand in hand so there is never a delay with quantity issues. Their tech support is extremely helpful and they answer right away unlike other companies where you have to wait and jump through hoops to speak to a representative.
Cons: Sometimes there are big issues but it gets resolved fairly quickly.
Overall: An outstanding company that helps you do all the work for you. From online ordering to customized reports, all the hard work is done for you.
